Buy Back Notice from Lexus of Orlando - SCAM My wife and I received an offer from this dealer in the mail: Get original MSRP value for your CLK 350, $100, plus the following offers: 2014 Lexus CT My wife and I received an offer from this dealer in the mail: Get original MSRP value for your CLK 350, $100, plus the following offers: 2014 Lexus CT 200h for $159 per month. Also they offer special internet pricing for the purchase of a Lexus cars. When we got to the numbers part, the dealer offered a dealer auction price for our car, $4,500 dollars bellow the MSRP value offered in the letter. In addition to that they said that they would not sell a Lexus car to us for the internet price because they were in business to make money. After being tricked in writing to drive 40 miles to their dealer and feeling very irate, the director of Marketing appeared at our table with a condescending attitude to explain to us generalities as though we were stupid. The bottom line is that Carlos, the business sales person and the director of marketing, argued with us to drive us mad and finally told us that they did not have to sell the cars to us. The dealer did not honor the written offer and acted in a very misleading and condescending manner. We did not even get $100 cash for test driving their car. We liked the Lexus, but would never do business with Lexus of Orlando because they are a fraud. More

Mr. Victor Oquendo immediately informed me of every step that we had to be taken to take care of all of the issues with my car. No run arounds, straight to work. I was told that the work would take a week, and I was called less than a week after. When I picked up my car, I was impressed with the quality of work that was done on my car. I even had them fix another issue that had nothing to do with the recall problem, and this too was immediately taken care of, for a great price. I am very thankful and satisfied with the work and service that I received at Lexus of Orlando. I will definitely recommend anyone that needs great service and is a Lexus fan to this dealer. More
Buying Experience Our new Lexus purchase was the best experience we have ever had. We got a great deal and felt all our questions were answered honestly. We stopped into the Service Department because our consultant Lyndon Walsh had been so helpful during the time we owned our Lexus 350ES. We had some questions for him about the different SUV's Lexus offered before we talked to a sales associate. Lyndon was on Vacation that day so we talked to Dominic, who was able to satisfy all our questions. We had talked to Justin Smith a sales associate a month or so before when we had our 350ES in for service. We had thanked him at that time for talking to us, and we preferred not to be contacted because we were still in the thinking stages. There was nothing wrong with our 2007 350ES, but because we were thinking about traveling more we thought we would be more comfortable in a larger vehicle. The day we purchased we were at the dealership for hours even long after the service department closed . Justin Smith and Gary Gordon were so patient answering all our questions during the negotiations. I feel they were not only honest but they negotiated without high pressure and even though it was getting later they never acted as if we need to hurry up close the deal so they could get home. Finally we signed an agreement and we returned the next day to do the paperwork and pick up our car. At the closing we purchased some extras which meant the car had to come back. Gary arranged for our car to be picked up with a loaner dropped off, witch helped my husband because he had some difficulty getting around and is in physical therapy from leg surgery he is recovering from. The only disappointment we have is there are no lines in the back up camera. WE love the new 350RX our past service experience, Lyndon , Dominic, and especially Justin and Gary made the experience very special. Wayne Kerr is the Man! When taking a car to the service department, there is rarely good news for an owner. So having people like Wayne at least softens the blow. Besides being a very personable guy, he knows his stuff, explains it well, and if necessary will take you back to see the car and talk to the tech. I have had a number of strange things happen to my car and Wayne has been very patient as I have aired my displeasure. I am sure there are places I can go for a cheaper experience, but Wayne and his team have earned my trust. Thank you Wayne for all the years of service! More

car buying exoperience lee weaver was my sales specialist. at our first meeting, he was courteous and respectful and i was immediately comfortable around him. i am a 67 ye lee weaver was my sales specialist. at our first meeting, he was courteous and respectful and i was immediately comfortable around him. i am a 67 year old female and never purchased a new car on my own. he explained in detail all the options i was interested in on the rx 350. once i decided what i wanted, he introduced me to my sales manager, rob king. within about fifteen minutes, the deal was done. it was an impressive car buying experience. one i didn't expect. i was gently guided through the whole transaction by rob and found it to be a very pleasant experience. i felt no pressure whatsoever. that was the only thing i was concerned about. i got the deal that made me happy. when i went back to lexus to pick up my car, lee spent time with me to explain a number of the high tech devices i was not familiar with. i had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and made it a fun, exciting time for me. he really knows these cars and all they can do. he worked hard with me but made me feel like i was his only customer and had his full attention at all times. both rob and lee have a great deal of class and are the kind of employees i would expect to be doing business with at a lexus dealership. i highly recommend both gentlemen to my friends and have always felt part of the lexus family since taking my 1999 es300 in for service since 2004. I still spent about another $1000 total on the car since purchasing it 2 months ago($150 headlight, $100 tow, and $700 for the repair..plus no car for a week and missed time from work)... however, long story short...Lexus of Orlando agree to have a used main hybrid battery(with 12month warranty) installed for $1000, $300 of which they agreed to pay. Mrs. Webb was quick in responding and always kept me updated. She definitely was the turning point in this situation. I have had the car back for 5 days now and so far so good. I will do a final review in another 3 months....for now, I am back to recommending Lexus of Orlando and Im glad I have my car back and running as it should! Original review: I guess we will know that answer soon. I wrote a review just barely over 2 months ago on the "buying" experience with Lexus of Orlando. I promised to update in 3 months on my overall experience...and well here I am a month early. Why? Because I have unfortunately encounter problems already that according to the information I was given, was foreseeable and known. :-/ However, I am always one to allow it to be made right, afterall "mistakes" can happen...so I will update again on how this situation was handled, I hope to be able to give 5 stars and remain a customer since the alternative isnt one of a positive nature. More
