I don't have too many friends but I can honestly say that Kevin is a friend at Lexus of Orlando. Only a friend with your best interest in mind will go above and beyond the call of duty to insure you get great service, respect and work with you to get the required service done well and to satisfaction. He also took the time to insure that my extended warranty plan worked for my benefit. Thanks Kevin; I also want to thank Aaron the mechanic that serviced my vehicle. In all my years of owning vehicles and taking them in for service, I have never seen a mechanic leave a thank you card in my vehicle. That was a great touch, I will always return. More

Complete satisfaction working with William I brought my RX in for work on the locking system, I explain this issue to William and a few other minor issues. Positive Feeling I and my husband were looking for a luxury car and were sore by a day ago experience by another car dealership show room. But to my amusement we were greeted very respectfully and in a very friendly way by Mr. Jorge who also is very knowledgeable , incredible gentlemen and a perfect host .I decided that my next car will be from the same showroom and will highly recommend Mr.Jorge to others as a very good man.To be very truthful we just went there to look at the car and not to purchase today but the treatment from him we ended in buying the car today and are happy and satisfied with our possession. Still can't believe it's ours! My wife and I actually went to look at a pre owned Lexus we saw on the internet. I called early in the morning, and spoke with Adrian, who said that My wife and I actually went to look at a pre owned Lexus we saw on the internet. I called early in the morning, and spoke with Adrian, who said that he would have the vehicle put aside until we arrived, since we lived an hour away from their location. We arrived before noon, and were greeted by Kenny Huang who immediately took us to see and test drive the 2011 ES 350 parked nearby. We both loved the car, and were prepared to make an offer including trading my wifes 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander with only 23000 miles. Kenny suggested considering leasing a new Lexus due to the low amount of miles she drives yearly, and offered to present a comparison of payment plans for financing the pre owned and leasing the new. I figured what's the harm in listening, but new was far over our budget. We sat at the desk and Omar Mohamed presented the two options with a fair trade amount for my wifes vehicle. The payments to lease new were almost $200 LESS than financing the three year old model. Kenny then led us to the selection of new models and we found one we loved almost immediately. We then sat with Dan and prepared the lease agreement which did not take much time, and it was done! Pretty amazing. We ended up with a brand new Lexus which we did not think we could ever afford. We drove home, and had a hard time actually believing what we were driving. I must close with the fact that I have purchased new cars since 1983 and this was the most pleasant experience BY FAR. The facility is beautiful, the people are top notch, and they really make you feel like a family member after your purchase. More
