Brought a car there for servicing after buying the vehicle from another dealer. Was treated poorly. Never even offered a loaner car. Service rep was really rude. The rest of the place seemed ok. Guess you gotta buy your car from them to get treated like a "customer". By far the worst service representative I have ever had from any dealer. I personally will not go back due to that experience. I called them up and tried to get a rare color combination and they said they couldnt get it - there wasnt one in the whole state apparently. I called up Vista Lexus and they got me the car I wanted in 15 minutes - from northern Cal - had the car w/in 3 days! Love T.O. Lexus but they were really lazy on that occassion - tried to talk me out of the color saying i wouldnt like it! (The color is flint mica w/ black int. fyi! - SWEET!) More
