Matt Trubia is not just a salesman trying to make a sale, he truly wants to help people and get you into the car of your dreams. He not only listened but got his sales manager Tim (forgot his last name) inv he truly wants to help people and get you into the car of your dreams. He not only listened but got his sales manager Tim (forgot his last name) involved and they were both very honest and extremely helpful from start to finish. The the finance dept I got to meet a very pleasant women Denise who is also an amazing individual. I had been to a few other dealers and never got the treatment that I got here. They don't beat around the bush or give you the run around. They are honest and extremely helpful and believe me I somewhat tortured Matt and he was always pleasant and helpful.My situation was somewhat of a challenge and they made it a very pleasant experience. This has to be the nicest dealership with the nicest staff I have ever come across. It's a very warm feeling to walk in there, not intimidating like the others I had been in. I am going to recommend this dealership to everyone ! More
When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a receptionist who was friendly, courteous,and helpful. She directed us to Hank Adler. Hank asked us what we were interested in seeing and showed us exactly what we were interested in. He was friendly, informative and most important, not pushy. We were able to take a test drive which gave us the complete picture of what we were hoping to buy. We were not ready to make a decision, at this visit, and Hank gave us his card and told us to call if we had any questions. Several days passed and Hank gave us another call to tell us that the promotions he had mentioned to us were only available for another day or so. We appreciated this call and went back to look at the car again. This time we were ready to buy. Unfortunately Hank was not working that night so we were helped by Tim Burns and Arjun Vir. Both men were helpful and we ended up buying the car. We returned the next day, saw Hank and made arrangements to pick up our car. Unfortunately Hank was not going to be working that day so we were helped by Frank Loviglio. The car was in excellent condition and he demonstrated how everything worked. We are first time Lexus owners and are very pleased with what we purchased, thus far. More

This was the second Lexus I leased from these two gentlemen in less than a year. They are a pleasure to deal with. The experience was hassle free. We have owned four other Lexus automobiles from this dealership, but were not happy with some of the changes to the design of the GS 350 like the power mirrors not being available when they were available on the 20010 model we returned. Abbas guided us through the new technology available on the new GS 350, and made us comfortable with the car. As a five car owner of Lexus from Smithtown, I have constantly received personalized care and attention when the cars needed to be serviced. Knowing the personnel at the dealership, I feel everyone at Lexus cares about us and our cars. Steve and Debbie Brook More

So not sure about all of these positive reviews as they were likely done by staff family and not true customers. While I agree, the sales team is very friendly, I had the worst dealership experience ever were likely done by staff family and not true customers. While I agree, the sales team is very friendly, I had the worst dealership experience ever at this place, and will never go back or recommend to a friend, family, or foe. I wasted 5 hrs on a Saturday while they went back and forth until we agreed on a price, pulling the 'ol smoke and mirrors routine. So then they tell me we are agreed on the price for my new CT200H, and to simply come back in order to take care of the financials because it was a holiday weekend. Sure enough, I drive all of the way back, just for them to put me through the ringer in finance. Dolores is very sweet and all, but it was a scam from the beginning. They new very well they gave me a price they really couldn't achieve. So they attempted to slowly work it back up to a price that put the ball back in their court. First, giving me a ridiculous interest rate. Then, saying "ohhhh, we didn't know you were turning in a leased vehicle, there is no tax rebate on that"....they new very well as they had my lease agreement in hand during the sales process. So then to attempt to please me, they found these magic "certificates" (only 2 left in the world!!!) that would bring the interest rate down. Where the heck were those certificates when I asked them for the best rate. I never felt so used and abuse as I did in this dealership. I am in Sales, and these are the type of people we try NOT to be like. I am going to stick with Ralley Lexus in Roslyn, and I would recommend you do the same. They treat you like family there.
