So not sure about all of these positive reviews as they were likely done by staff family and not true customers. While I agree, the sales team is very friendly, I had the worst dealership experience ever were likely done by staff family and not true customers. While I agree, the sales team is very friendly, I had the worst dealership experience ever at this place, and will never go back or recommend to a friend, family, or foe. I wasted 5 hrs on a Saturday while they went back and forth until we agreed on a price, pulling the 'ol smoke and mirrors routine. So then they tell me we are agreed on the price for my new CT200H, and to simply come back in order to take care of the financials because it was a holiday weekend. Sure enough, I drive all of the way back, just for them to put me through the ringer in finance. Dolores is very sweet and all, but it was a scam from the beginning. They new very well they gave me a price they really couldn't achieve. So they attempted to slowly work it back up to a price that put the ball back in their court. First, giving me a ridiculous interest rate. Then, saying "ohhhh, we didn't know you were turning in a leased vehicle, there is no tax rebate on that"....they new very well as they had my lease agreement in hand during the sales process. So then to attempt to please me, they found these magic "certificates" (only 2 left in the world!!!) that would bring the interest rate down. Where the heck were those certificates when I asked them for the best rate. I never felt so used and abuse as I did in this dealership. I am in Sales, and these are the type of people we try NOT to be like. I am going to stick with Ralley Lexus in Roslyn, and I would recommend you do the same. They treat you like family there. After our purchase of the car, Abbas and Tony very patiently explained every nuance of the vehicle to our utmost satisfaction. Lexus of Smithtown is without a doubt the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. Hence, we just leased our fifth car from them. The sales & service personnel have always been extremely professional, friendly & helpful. They really do make you feel like part of their "Lexus family" whenever you are there. It's amazing how they really do go above & beyond to keep a satisfied customer. Over the past years that we have been a customer, whatever issues I have had, they have always made sure that they were resolved to my satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough of Lexus of Smithtown and especially would like to mention Robert Rossworn & Frank Loviglio who are both excellent examples of the high caliber employees that represent Lexus. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Lexus of Smithtown for a number of years. We've had the pleasure of working with Bob Rossworn and can't begin to sing his praises loud enough! He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that each detail is meticulously handled from start to finish. We know that we will always be treated as if we were family and receive the best possible deal. When leasing/buying a car from Bob you know that you are in good hands and can put your complete trust in him. We actually ordered our new car on the phone from Florida and Bob took care of it all before we arrived back home! How is that for personal service??!!! The level of professionalism, courtesy and knowledge cannot be beat. The staff, especially Denise Plourde and Abbas Rajani were super and went out of their way to help also. The service department is friendly and competent. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else and highly recommend friends and family. Lexus should be very proud of this dealership!!!! I have just recently leased my first Lexus from Lexus of Smithtown. My overall experience was superb and far better than that with the previous dealers from which I leased my cars. My sales person, Taylor Smithtown. My overall experience was superb and far better than that with the previous dealers from which I leased my cars. My sales person, Taylor West, and sales manager, Tim Burns, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional thoughout the process. They helped steer me in a direction that got me the car that I needed and actually saved me money at the same time. There was never any pressure to make a decision and the process was easy and never hurried. I am very impressed and pleased with Lexus of Smithtown and the two professionals that worked with me to create an excellent deal. I look forward to enjoying my car, but would not hesitate to return to Lexus of Smithtown when I am ready for the next one! More

I, however, am happy to attest to a different experience. I had owned my RX for almost three years. My husband was out of town, and it seemed as if I was to go solo on the leasing of my next car. I leased two cars from Bob previously, and knew he was meticulous, knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, trustworthy. After sitting in Bob's office for a while, I proudly called my husband and told him that I had just bought a new car!! I picked the car up today, and am thrilled with my new purchase. I feel as if this experience is an important one to retell. A car is an expensive purchase. It is imperative for those in sales to be trained to allow the customer to feel as if she/he is going to be taken care of, not taken advantage of. My husband and I both thank Bob for allowing us to have an enjoyable experience each time. More
