We have owned several other Lexus cars and continue to be impressed and more than satisfied with the personal attention and assistance given when we visit this dealership. David Hitt was informative, patient and extremely helpful and courteous during all three of our recent visits. He also followed up the next night (something you expect from a doctor's office) to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our new purchase. As we left the dealership last night he continued to invite us back at any time if we had questions or concerns. He is a true believer in the Lexus automobile and his dedication and willingness to please was most evident. Once again we were made to feel completely at ease with Dolores Russell in finance.
