Denise Plourde is a friend of ours for years and a she has always been a great asset to Lexus of Smithtown per her knowledge , wonderfull personality , and a great friend to me and my wife forever , along with her husband as well . In Denise's absense due to being very ill a young lady by the name of Taylor West made the delivery and she was as professional as I have ever seen and I'm sure she was taught by the best ( Denise Plourde ) I could go on and on but there would not be enough space to fit all the friendly atmosphere in this dealership . i as a truly undecided buyer and met with Ken twice and he was straight and upfront with me from the beginning. Finally i met with Joe when I picked up the car and he walked me thru it step by step and spent 2 hours mto the point of making my head spoin but i really did apopreciate his time and patience. Denise was in charge of the financing and again she was very thorough even contacting my insurance company and getting that done as well as the transfer of the plates and the bank rate which was fantastic. After visiting and phoning several Lexus dealerships in Manhattan, Queens and Long Island, my search was over the moment I stepped foot into the SmithTown delearship. Matt welcomed me to the delearship by briefly giving me an overview of the delearship. He also gave me a test drive of the RX 350 F and although I thought the pricing to be a bit higher that I wanted to spend, he immediately spoke to me about a comparably equipped RX 350. After negotiating the lease price, I was introduced to Robert Rossworn, (Sales Manager) who further refined the deal and gave me a holiday coupon. I was sold then but Robert followed up with a phone call and that confirmed the deal. The delearship is outstanding, great customer service and friendly. No pushy sales gimmicks. Recommend them highly. More

Neil didn't rush us, was always extremely courteous and shared little anecdotes that always made us laugh. Other sales people in the dealership were polite and friendly and interacted with us also. I was not certain that I wanted to purchase a Lexus RX or an Acura MDX, I must tell you that it was the way Frank Loviglio spoke with us and his patience and knowledge of the car that convinced me that this was not only the car for me but also the dealership to make my purchase from. The price for the car was fair, the trade in price we got for our Lexus E350 wasfair, all making the deal pleasant. On delivery of the RX Frank Lovigilio again made it a pleasant experience. He explained patiently each and every paper that needed to be signed then spent over an hour with us in the car explaining how to use everything the car had to offer. He then called the next day (a holiday) to make sure we understood everything.
