I recently puchased the 2013 RX 350 at this dealership. I had previously purchased from them 12 years ago, so I was due. Although we had visited another Lexus dealership, Smithtown was clearly the place t I had previously purchased from them 12 years ago, so I was due. Although we had visited another Lexus dealership, Smithtown was clearly the place to buy. When you purchase a newer model luxury car there is quite a bit of technology to learn. The radio is configured smarter but differently, there is the "app suite" to understand, and the xm radio was new to me. There is a learning curve, at least for me. Abbas Rajani sat with me in the car on THREE different occassions (a total of 4 hours) , brilliantly explaining everything. Initially, we reviewed everything this great car can do. The 2nd and 3rd times he helped me really understand the what, how and why of the Lexus systems. There is a 10 lb. manual or there is Abbas. You choose. In addition, he is the funniest, nicest person. He is smart but not intimidating. Each time we met, he asked me to let him know if there was anything further he could help me with.I recommend the Lexus (much better looking than BMW or Mercedes. I recommend L. of Smithtown, and definitely buy from Abbas. In all, our experience at Lexus of ST was very positive. Agreeing on the price was not too stressful. The follow-up, as mentioned was superb. Once the vehicle is purchased, the dealership really cares that you enjoy and understand all that a Lexus is capable of. More

This week my wife and I leased a new Lexus ES350 at Lexus of Smithtown. Our Sales Consultant was Michael Mandolese. He made it easy to understand the deal, the car and the price was right on. When we picked up the car, Michael spent a lot of time demonstrating to us the features of the car and how it works. Neil introduced us to Frank who put a package together for us. Fortunately the car we wanted, Lexus ES300, was in stock. Denise put in a few long, hard days to make this work for us.
