After owning four Infiniti's I thought perhaps it was time for a change. My research on the Internet led me to believe the Lexus ES 350 was the best car for my current needs. I needed a car quickly as my time for a change. My research on the Internet led me to believe the Lexus ES 350 was the best car for my current needs. I needed a car quickly as my previous car was destroyed in the horrific Hurricane Sandy. Friends of mine recently purchased their convertible from Lexus of Smithtown and couldn't say enough wonderful things about the dealer, so I began my search for a new car at Lexus of Smithtown. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with with respect and dignity, and I immediately developed an excellent rapport with my Sales Consultant Neil Fogel. After sharing horror stories regarding how we survived the storm, Neil appreciated my sense of urgency, and assured me that I'd be very pleased that I chose to begin the daunting search for my new car with Lexus of Smithtown. Very quickly I determined that I had selected the right car as well as the right dealer and sales consultant. I didn't feel the need to shop around, and very quickly we were able to negotiate a price that I felt was fair and reasonable - both for myself and for the dealership. Neil did an amazing job of winning me over and my search for my new dream car began and ended in just one visit. It was truly a pleasure working with Lexus of Smithtown, and honestly, Neil went above and beyond making sure that all my needs and issues were addressed in every way. From the start, Frank Galante was straightforward and no B.S. which I appreciated.
