My good friend recommended Lexus of Smithtown and Bob Rossworn. He told me how great everyone treated him from initial sales contact to vehicle delivery and they did not disappoint. My wife and I were in Rossworn. He told me how great everyone treated him from initial sales contact to vehicle delivery and they did not disappoint. My wife and I were interested in the RX350. Bob showed us the RX350 describing the vehicle, particularly the safety aspects. He was extremely knowledgeable. Bob asked Neil Fogel to take us for a test drive and Neil explained the vehicles operational aspects "real time". When we returned to the dealership, Bob gave us a fair price and told us about the different financing options. Delores Russell handled the purchase financing and secured a great rate. When we picked up the car, Neil Fogel handled all the remaining paperwork, went over all the cars features and showed us how everything worked. Abbas synced up the phone and made sure the all the setting were correct. I would definitely recommend everyone I dealt at Lexus of Smithtown. It was the easiest, least stressful car purchase I have every made. More

This is my second car with Lexus of Smithtown. Everyone is very friendly. They were willing to work with my budget. They are certainly very knowledgable about their vehicles. They service department is very precise on the time it will take to service you car and they will even drop you to the mall if you want and pick up when your vehicle is ready. The sitting room is very comfortable and stock with snacks and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. There is also breakfast in the mornings. My son hates to take his car in for service but he will take mine because he said that the sitting area is like being home in out living room! More

My car had a noise on the roof and a bluetooth issue. I anticipate that the noise has been fixed, but my reason for writing is related to the customer service I received. Both Derek and Anthony were very anticipate that the noise has been fixed, but my reason for writing is related to the customer service I received. Both Derek and Anthony were very pleasant to work with and worked directly with me to troubleshoot the issues. In the past I have dealt with Honda and Hyundai dealers and have always dreaded going to the dealer for service. This is by far the best service experience I have ever had and I appreciate the great treatment. In addition to the service that I had the appointment for, Derek even broke out some car polish and removed a scratch I had in my bumper. I would say he reduced the scratch by about 70% and it is a lot less noticeable. This was service way beyond what i expected. I will definitely return for my future service needs. More
