Went to the dealership to fix an issue I was having with the Lexus App Suite. This is my third Lexus; my first hybrid. This purchase was completed after examining many other hybrid cars. Nothing compares to the Lexus. Matt Trubia made the difference for us. He ensured we had full understanding of the car, the navigation system and all other nuances of the Lexus RX 350. We were a bit upset with some of the changes in pricing that occurred initially but when Matt was later assigned to us, it saved the day - and the deal -- because his personal attention and care about our business completely turned it around for us. As one example, there was a form that had to be signed and he drove out to our home so we would not have to make another trip to the dealership. Kudos to Matt for excellent customer service! More

There was not ONE dealership I went to that made me feel like family from the time I entered. Dolores and Charles could not have been MORE patient and accommodating to me and my family. I am a professional adult in my 30s, but I am not a very automobile savy guy, so I never travel without my parents for purchases like this. Dolores, Charles and Abbas took their time answering and and ALL concerns and questions we had-as crazy as some of them may have been. They gave me an amazing price and really worked with me. Excellent communication on the phone with returning calls, making appointments, getting back to me with even more questions and information that we had along the way--and yes, this is their job, but they do SUCH AN AMAZING JOB AT IT, they deserve to be recognized for it. So many of us go through our days complaining about others to management and not enough of us give a shout out for total excellence which is so important and 200% deserved here! I more than appreciate how I feel today, the day after I picked up my new car--I feel safe, cared for, and that I have TOTAL support for any reason whether it be for just some simple silly questions about my new car, or, if something more serious were to come up, I am at total ease that it wil all be OK with one phone call. He is a warm, friendly man who made the whole family comfortable and at ease. The post sales overview of the new car was thorough and Neil made sure no stone went unturned. We left the dealership knowing we could reach out to Neil with any questions or issues that might pop up. Denise went to bat to secure the best financing for us. She helped me twelve years ago when I purchased my first RX300. It was like seeing an old friend when I saw Denise again!
