Earlier this month, while thinking about replacing the Lexus ES 330 sedan that I owned, my curiosity compelled me to check out some competing dealerships along Smithtown's Route 25. After visiting a total of three, I stopped in at Lexus of Smithtown where I met NEIL FOGEL whose professional presentation of the new Lexus ES 350 - complete with the requisite courtesy, attentiveness and extensive product knowledge - was HANDS DOWN, far superior to any of the other three. More importantly, however, it was Neil's incurably contagious enthusiasm and love of the vehicles beauty, fastidious engineering and design that lured me into possessing it! Have you ever gone to a car dealership to buy a new car and 4 hours later (true experience at a GM dealership on LI), you're still haggling. Or have you had a dealership promise you a car by a certain dat and 4 hours later (true experience at a GM dealership on LI), you're still haggling. Or have you had a dealership promise you a car by a certain date, only to be told it's on the boat - two months later, it's still on the boat. If you want to avoid any unpleasant experience, go to Smithtown Lexus and you will be a very happy, completely satisfied customer. I wasn't sure which car I wanted but a mechanic friend recommended the LS460 so I went to check it out at Lexus of Smithtown. Charles Greene was my salesperson; we looked at the various models, he helped me decide which car to test drive first; then I drove the LS460 and was sold. This was the car for me! Charles Greene and Dolores were my go to people. They were great! They returned calls, answered questions, were always patient, never made me feel like an idiot - really decent people who I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car. I also own a Mercedes S550 and the level of service and the treatment I received at this Lexus dealership is absolutely on a par with that of Mercedes Benz. More

At the time of delivery he will program the settings in the vehicle and make sure that you have a fundamental knowledge of how to operate the various components. Fom the minute I walked into the dealership I felt like a queen. The salesperson (Frank Loviglio) started by asking me if I ever owned a Lexus before. After that he got more specific and immediately took me for a test drive. He spent a great deal of time with me. My intent was to buy a luxury car, something I worked hard for, for many years. My experience with another dealership (BMW) left a bad taste in my mouth. Their salesperson's first question was "How much do you want to spend?" When I gave a low amount, "He replied "and you want to buy and not lease." As if my money wasn't good enough. In the end I spent a lot more for a much nicer car. Frank's sales approach was great. I did have my eye on another car (Audi) which was comparable to what I was looking for, but the Lexus was absolutely the car for me, and I contribute that to the salesperson and dealership overall. On another recent visit to Lexus of Smithtown I met with Abbas Rajani to go over the features of my new car. The day I picked up my car Frank spent close to 2 hours going over all the "bells and whistles". Quite fankly it was "overload". When I received an email from Abbas to set up an appointment to go over the electronics again to get the most from my car, I jumped at it. Well worth the trip!! Abbas was so patient with me. (I needed it) I could use refresher courses on a regular basis!!! I couldn't be happier with my new car and I only have great things to say about the staff and the dealership. More

I don't think I was there longer than an hour and a half . Everyone treated me with professionalism and respectfulness . David was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my first time with Lexus and I Love my car, it's luxurious and I had a great experience at Lexus of Smithtown. Neil is a nice guy all around who is extremely kind, knowledgable, helpful and patient! He is dedicated to what he does and makes you feel like you're his only client. If you visit Lexus I would highly recommend you go see Neil. All in all everyone at Lexus was very nice, from the front desk receptionist, to Abbas the client care manager, to August the service Advisor and to Denise who works in finances, who was great and made it a quick and easy process ... which I like. And Neil personally introduced me to all these people as well. So I would definitely recommend Lexus of Smithtown!!! Thank you Neil, you're the best!!!!! More

Being a first time buyer, I was very concerned with the whole process. However, my doubts were put to rest when I was introduced to a fellow U.S. Marine, Mr. David Hitt. Mr. Hitt truly exemplifies the qualities of a Marine which is nothing short but that of EXCELLENCE! Mr. Hitt went through the whole procedure step by step and walked me through the features of all the great Lexus vehicles. Ultimately my eyes were set on the GS 350 AWD. From start to finish he displayed nothing but honesty, patience, professionalism and utmost sincerity on getting me the best possisble deal he could offer on my vehicle. Soon thereafter, I met with Mrs. Dolores Russell and Mr. Robert Rossworn who really cut me some slack on the pricing and were great on planning the whole financing of the car.
