The entire experience at Lexus of Smithtown was amazing! Bill, our salesman, was easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. Abbas was amazing and didn’t leave out any details. I did not buy my car last May at Smithtown because a friend was working as a salesperson at a dealership in Farmingdale. Due to Covid, I had to work with a manager instead. When I picked up my car, I friend was working as a salesperson at a dealership in Farmingdale. Due to Covid, I had to work with a manager instead. When I picked up my car, I basically was handed the keys, which I credited to Covid, by not being in the car together. Now that it is winter, I called my friend to find out about remote start. He told me I should have it for a year, complimentary. Well, it took 4 weeks of unreturned phone messages that I finally got the manager on the phone. I inquired about how to receive remote start letting him know that I knew it was complimentary. After that phone call, It just closed the door on that dealership. My friend recommended Smithtown and Abbas Rajani. From our phone call to my visit yesterday, I knew Abbas cared about me...heck, he spent over 2 hours with me...I had no idea what this car is equipped with!!! I feel like I picked up a new car. if you are looking at a Lexus, don’t hesitate, go directly to Smithtown Lexus and ask for Abbas Rajani. More

I purchased a new Lexus for the 1st time at Lexus of Smithtown and the technologist who works there helped me very patiently learn and understand all of the features in this new vehicle. His name is Abb Smithtown and the technologist who works there helped me very patiently learn and understand all of the features in this new vehicle. His name is Abbas Rajani and his knowledge of the features as well as his extraordinary patience in teaching me how they work was nothing short of amazing. He even mentioned that some of these features are available on my 2018 Toyota Highlander and said to me that if I needed his help in setting them up, he would be more than happy to help me with that also. Where else can you get this kind of support from a dealership or customer service representative?
