The worst customer service that my wife experienced . The vehicle appeared online listed with 31,988 miles & in person 34,601 miles which is 2,613 miles more then what they listed it with. Along with Lane As vehicle appeared online listed with 31,988 miles & in person 34,601 miles which is 2,613 miles more then what they listed it with. Along with Lane Assist Malfunction light on dashboard. This gets even better the vehicle had a ripped headliner which Aaron assured her it would be replaced & failed to comply with doing so. The sales team never showed her the features as far as the Bluetooth connectivity of her vehicle or Lexus App for the remote start. Upon delivery they didn’t even detail or clean out the vehicle as if it was just driven from the last owner. When Lexus management was contacted after a few days, they claimed to her they knew nothing about this all. At this point they arranged to put a USED DAMAGED headliner in her vehicle. She had to explain to them this is awful customer service & this matter would end up in court. After 3 long weeks they supplied her with a brand new headliner but she ended up having to pay out of pocket the labor to a Auto Body shop to have it installed. This dealership is definitely one you want to steer far away from! They are a bunch of con artists More
