This is my second straight car leased from Lexus of Smithtown. This experience was even better than the first. Neil Fogel was as friendly and knowledgeable of a salesperson that anyone could hope to ha Smithtown. This experience was even better than the first. In addition, he brought in Bob R. to assist in comparing what I had been offered by both Mercedes and Audi and Bob was quick to recognize the opportunity to obtain a Lexus loyalist. Mission accomplished! He was fast to provide the most attractive price and terms and we had a deal on the spot. Finally, when I came to pick up my vehicle, Neil was busy on a test drive with another client and (unsolicited) Charles Greene jumped up to greet me and my wife. We told him the reason we were there and he nearly took us through the entire process. He was an absolute extension of all of the friendly and attentive service that had been displayed by Neil. There is a distinct culture that exists within this dealership that extends beyond any of my previous experiences (right down to Denise in Finance!).
