From the first time I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was exceptionally friendly. Walter was my first pint of contact and answered all of my questions and introduced me to Tim. I returned a few days later with a friend and Walter was off, but Tim greeted me politely and introduced me to Abbas who had the patience and where with all to show me every feature the vehicle had. He ultimately lead me to the vehicle I purchased, the Lexus ES350. I originally came in only looking at the GS, but I am glad he showed me the ES. It was more roomy for my family and I upgraded to the Ultr Luxury Package and Walter came through by finding me the car in Matador Red. Now my wife is in love the the car also! All in all, my shopping experience at Lexus was fantastic. I had previously leased an Infiniti for 12 straight years. I am loyal to a dealership when I am treated right. In the end, Infiniti could not compare with the treatment that I received from the folks at Lexus. I will become a customer for life. I will be certain to bring my wife in when her lease is up as well as reccomend friends and colleagues to your facility. More

Whether it’s getting a simple oil service done or purchasing a brand new luxury vehicle, the people at this dealership make the experience a memorable one. The management team that operates every aspect of the dealership is an embodiment of the quality standards set by the ownership group. Everyone is very attentive to the concerns of their clients, and they make sure each client leaves satisfied. Bob Rossworn leads the Sales Management team and is always very personable and professional. When speaking with him, I am always very comfortable and I know that everyone I recommend to him will be as well. This is the first time that I sent anyone from my family to meet with him regarding the purchase of a new car, and he surpassed his own standards! He spent more time with my brother than anyone could ask for and gave us the customer service experience that you would expect out of a Rolls Royce dealership. He ensured that my brother was comfortable throughout the whole process, never pressured him into a sale, and got my brother exactly what he wanted. Neil helped Bob during the sales process by taking us out to drive the car, and kept us updated when we weren’t in the showroom. Lastly, Abbas is one of the most caring and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met! As we purchased a new model that was totally revamped, we did not know much about the car. He gave us more information than we could retain in a very organized and efficient manner. He was not afraid to be honest with us during the process and also compared and contrasted the Lexus with competing vehicles and shed light on other brands than the sales associates at the other dealerships did. His input was a vital aspect of our decision making process. I would, and I do recommend this dealership to anyone I know, whether they’re looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle or if they’re looking to get any maintenance or repair work done to their current vehicle. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist, walked through the process by Bob Rossworm, Neil Fogel and Denise Plourde. Each person spent the time they needed to explain all of the paperwork of purchasing the vehicle, as well as the overwhelming technological details. As a consumer looking to purchase a "premium" brand car, I found the sales manager at Lexus of Smithtown was awful . His major lack of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and my overall unsettl brand car, I found the sales manager at Lexus of Smithtown was awful . Between my wife, our family and my self we have purchased seven Lexus cars through your dealership. The reason we keep coming back is Ken Goldberg and Dan Munsinger. Ken has always been honest with us which what I require the most. Our service has always been conducted professionally. However, my most recent visit (today, 9/12/13) left me a little disconcerted. I just purchased a 2013 Rx 350 and had a couple of, what I assumed, were minor problems. I was at your facility for two and one-half hours and the problems were not fixed even though I was told by your input person that they were. If not for the intervention of Ken Goldberg who fixed the problems for me in ten minutes I don't know how much of my time would have been wasted. I think what Ken did was great but should not have had to be done by your sales person. I would have spoken to Dan but he was not there. I expect quality service when I come to your dealership, and did not receive it today, for basically simple items. I hope this does not continue. Richard Seidell More
