My experience at Lexus of Smithtown was as outstanding as it could possibly be. Mike Mandolese is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Since 1995, I have purchased or leased 11 vehicles. One it could possibly be. Mike Mandolese is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Since 1995, I have purchased or leased 11 vehicles. One of those 11 was a 2006 IS250 AWD, and I just completed the lease of a 2014 IS 250 AWD. MIke was my sales person for both transactions. MIke goes all out to satisfy the customer. He spends more time explaining the options and technology than anyone I evr dealt with. On delivery, he explains the vehicle in painstaking detail. He even got a rag and wax to clean spots that he saw on the car. No other sales person I have dealt with could come close to matching Mike. He is truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. I have had my 2006 serviced exclusively at Lexus of Smithtown, and the way I was treated left no doubt as to whether I would want to us this dealer again. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being outstanding, Mike is a definite 10. Denise Plourde was excellent in her role. She carfully explained all the possible options that I could add to the vehicle, but did so in a very polite and understanding way. She explained evrything in detail, again taking the time necessary for me to understand, but she was not pushy in trying to sell me something. This is a big asset to the buyer, and once again, Denise did a better job than any Financial Manager I have ever dealt with. Kudos for Denise. Frank Galante, as the Gneral Sales Manager was the person who sealed the deal when he offered me an $1,100.00 credit for servic that I had done only two days preciously. He was polite, understanding, and took an active interest in helping me make my purchase. He is the first General Sales Manager that ever got personally get involved in my purchase of a vehicle. I would like to thank him for his offer which made the entire transaction happen. Thank You Frank. More
My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received at Lexus of Smithtown. We leased our third Lexus at that dealership on Friday October 11th. We also worked with Robert Rossworn who was our saleman with our last two vehicles. As always, Robert was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Charles was extremely informative and helpful. He was not pushy, which we were grateful for as we hate pushy salespeople, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. When we picked the car up on Friday Charles explained everything about the car and answered all our questions patiently. He also had a sense of humor which we appreciated as we are not technically very savvy. Again, we would refer friends and family to work with either Charles or Robert. I wanted to mention Denise as well. We worked with her for the financing and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and full of good cheer. She made the part of the new car experience which is usually not anybody's favorite and made it quick and fun. Lexus of Smithtown rocks!! More
We recently leased our fifth Lexus ES350 from Lexus of Smithtown. That, in itself should be evidence of our exceptionally pleasant and most satisfying experiences over the years. Jerry Powder walked us through our whole "deal" in a most knowledgeable fashion...all the while treating us like family, and was always willing and able to seek out answers to our questions and address our concerns as they arose...and afterwards. He closed the "deal" and still continued to follow up well after we took delivery to see that all was well. He even contacted us to make sure our request for a tech session was arranged for... We can't say enough about his sales skills, his "follow through" and and his "follow up." We had a tech appointment with this most pleasant and super knowledgeable young man, Abbas Rajani. He allayed our fears as to how we woild learn to use the latest equipment in our new car..(console , display, bluetooth, etc. were very different from our previous model). He then proceeded to instruct us in a manner that made it easy to learn and relieved our anxiety by patiently allowing us to "learn by doing". We soon learned something else...that Abbas Rajani is expert in "All things Lexus". He offered continued assistance on tech issues as well as anything else that might occur... giving us that secure feeling again. Ken Goldberg was a fantastic salesman. He was clear, precise, thorough and followed up even after my purchase. I usually hate all car salesman but Ken is a guy I would buy another car from in the futur precise, thorough and followed up even after my purchase. I usually hate all car salesman but Ken is a guy I would buy another car from in the future. I have never had a salesman take so much time to explain to me all the features on my automobile and assist me to set the vehicle to my specifications. I also feel confident that if I need additional assistance in the future Ken will be there to assist with my present car and not just remember me as a number. Kudos to Ken Goldberg! More
From the first time I walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was exceptionally friendly. Walter was my first pint of contact and answered all of my questions and introduced me to Tim. I returned a few days later with a friend and Walter was off, but Tim greeted me politely and introduced me to Abbas who had the patience and where with all to show me every feature the vehicle had. He ultimately lead me to the vehicle I purchased, the Lexus ES350. I originally came in only looking at the GS, but I am glad he showed me the ES. It was more roomy for my family and I upgraded to the Ultr Luxury Package and Walter came through by finding me the car in Matador Red. Now my wife is in love the the car also! All in all, my shopping experience at Lexus was fantastic. I had previously leased an Infiniti for 12 straight years. I am loyal to a dealership when I am treated right. In the end, Infiniti could not compare with the treatment that I received from the folks at Lexus. I will become a customer for life. I will be certain to bring my wife in when her lease is up as well as reccomend friends and colleagues to your facility. More

Whether it’s getting a simple oil service done or purchasing a brand new luxury vehicle, the people at this dealership make the experience a memorable one. The management team that operates every aspect of the dealership is an embodiment of the quality standards set by the ownership group. Everyone is very attentive to the concerns of their clients, and they make sure each client leaves satisfied. Bob Rossworn leads the Sales Management team and is always very personable and professional. When speaking with him, I am always very comfortable and I know that everyone I recommend to him will be as well. This is the first time that I sent anyone from my family to meet with him regarding the purchase of a new car, and he surpassed his own standards! He spent more time with my brother than anyone could ask for and gave us the customer service experience that you would expect out of a Rolls Royce dealership. He ensured that my brother was comfortable throughout the whole process, never pressured him into a sale, and got my brother exactly what he wanted. Neil helped Bob during the sales process by taking us out to drive the car, and kept us updated when we weren’t in the showroom. Lastly, Abbas is one of the most caring and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met! As we purchased a new model that was totally revamped, we did not know much about the car. He gave us more information than we could retain in a very organized and efficient manner. He was not afraid to be honest with us during the process and also compared and contrasted the Lexus with competing vehicles and shed light on other brands than the sales associates at the other dealerships did. His input was a vital aspect of our decision making process. I would, and I do recommend this dealership to anyone I know, whether they’re looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle or if they’re looking to get any maintenance or repair work done to their current vehicle. There is no comparison in the customer service, honesty and genuine care for the individual. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist, walked through the process by Bob Rossworm, Neil Fogel and Denise Plourde. Each person spent the time they needed to explain all of the paperwork of purchasing the vehicle, as well as the overwhelming technological details.
