Abbas and Michael were a delight to work with. The biggest issue that we had was when came to pick up the car, the Lexus hadn't been cleaned. Abbas and Michael were wonderful though. They tried their very best to make sure that our experience was as pleasant as possible. If it wasn't for their reassurances, I would have told my parents to get a refund, and we would have bought the car at another dealership. Joe was terrific. My Husband and I had looked at several different cars at several dealerships. When we walked in to Lexus, as busy as it was we waited less than 5 minutes. Joe answered all of our questions he took the time to listen to and address our concerns. We asked for several different leasing and purchase options and Joe patiently went through each scenario and gave us options. We really hadn’t planned on buying that night but much to our surprise we ended purchasing. We got the car we wanted at a fair price and Joe was wonderfully accommodating. There was never any pressure to buy. Once we had all the paper work done Joe introduced us to Dolores who worked out our leasing agreement. She too was professional and extremely helpful. All in all we had a great experience at Lexus of Smithtown the staff was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. This is the service every car dealership should provide. More
