This is the fourth vehicle I have leased from Lexus of Smithtown and each time the experience gets better. Bob Rossworn worked with me to arrive at a very fair price. In fact, I leased the 2014 version of Smithtown and each time the experience gets better. Bob Rossworn worked with me to arrive at a very fair price. In fact, I leased the 2014 version of the RX 350 and paid less than I did for my 2011. This was the third car I worked with him on. He is exceptional in his knowledge of the product, he professional demeanor and friendly personality. I had an unusual situation which Denice resolved immediately. I was rear-end the day before i was to return my car. I spoke to Denice that day and she took care of the whole thing. I brought the damaged car to her as scheduled. Her team contacted my insurance company and I was done. I drove out with my new car on tim. Walter did an excellent job of delivering the car to me. He explained all of the new features, set up all of my equipment and apps and walked me through all of the questions I had. Overall my experience with Lexus of Smithtown was outstanding!! I would give them tens if I could. More

This was our 3rd time leasing with Lexus of Smithtown, and of course they did not disappoint!! While car shopping can be stressful and tedious Joe and Bob made the experience enjoyable. Purchased an IS350 Fsport from the dealership last week. I can truly say this dealership represents what the lexus experience is all about. Bob, Jerry and Denise were all very friendly and respsonsive to al I can truly say this dealership represents what the lexus experience is all about. I was skeptical coming all the way from queens, but the trip was totally worth it. They blew all the other dealerships I went to out of the water with their professional attitudes and way of treating customers. Everybody I had dealt with at Lexus of Smithtown was so incredibly nice. They really treat you like family.
