I leased my new white 2000 RX30 from Mike Mandolese 14 years ago. I finished with the lease, then I happily bought it outright. Back to the Smithtown Lexus and find some of the same friendly faces. Mike Mandolese sets me up with a well equipment '14 RX. Denise Plourde takes care of the details and the paperwork. The new gold RX comes in within a few weeks, and Abbas Rajani devotes at least an hour explaining all the bells and whistles and personalizes the settings. And, there are quite a lot of them to set up and explain. He even arrived at my house to troubleshoot a problem with the opener. That took at least another hour, and he did it at my convenience (New Years Day). The RX 350 is a well engineered and user friendly version of transportation perfection, and the team that made my per chase happen was also a competent, friendly and thoughtful version of sales perfection. Called to inquire on a lease for a GS350 AWD and spoke to Tim. Since I called from a "718" area code (knowing I had to travel far) Tim gave me his "best price" of $431/month which I thought was very exceptio Tim. We scheduled an appointment for a Sunday. I traveled for about an hour to their dealership, met with a different sales manager as Tim wasn't in and Bob sat down with me to look at the deal. When Bob calculated everything he came up with a monthly price of $481 (higher per month in comparison to the # Tim gave me) Bob had stated to me that the number he is giving is as low as it can be! When I told Bob what number Tim gave me, he was surprised and furious (although he didn't show it) and said that he will make sure to speak to Tim and Tim will give me a call on Monday. He never called so I called him. As soon as I asked Tim how he got to a number $50 less than Bob, he began denying that he ever gave me such number. Assuming Tim never gave me that $481 number over the phone, in that case I would never travel 50 miles to a dealership that is giving me $481 when I had gotten $449 from a local Lexus dealer which is 7 miles away! Please note I have been leasing for over 15 years and am very familiar with how leases are structured and calculated. Beware of this dealership as they seem to lure people living far away to come into their dealership by giving them numbers that they can't physically do. Calculate the lease on your own and be prepared when you go to lease a vehicle. Get the invoice $ of the vehicle, residual and money factor. Use a auto lease calculator to put these values plus any other applicable values such as sales tax and incentives (be sure to ask whether there are any incentives for the vehicle you are looking to get into). The calculator will spit out a monthly price that you should be paying! At this dealership they comfort you with showing you their number on the screen. That is all great, but their calculator is off! And works in their advantage! More

This is the fourth vehicle I have leased from Lexus of Smithtown and each time the experience gets better. Bob Rossworn worked with me to arrive at a very fair price. He is exceptional in his knowledge of the product, he professional demeanor and friendly personality. I had an unusual situation which Denice resolved immediately. I was rear-end the day before i was to return my car. I spoke to Denice that day and she took care of the whole thing. I brought the damaged car to her as scheduled. Her team contacted my insurance company and I was done. I drove out with my new car on tim. Walter did an excellent job of delivering the car to me. He explained all of the new features, set up all of my equipment and apps and walked me through all of the questions I had. Overall my experience with Lexus of Smithtown was outstanding!! I would give them tens if I could. More
Went to Smithtown and another Long Island Lexus dealership when considering leasing my 5th RX 350. Of course I wanted to get the best deal and found Smithtown to be far and away the best dealership dealership when considering leasing my 5th RX 350. He gave me far and away the best deal and I was able to pick up my new Lexus the very next day. Denise in financing is an absolute delight. When it’s time for my 6th Lexus, I know I’ll be coming back to Smithtown! More
