Having purchased a Lexus RX from this dealership 8 years ago, and receiving consistent excellent service on that vehicle the entire time, we did not hesitate to return to Lexus of Smithtown when we decided ago, and receiving consistent excellent service on that vehicle the entire time, we did not hesitate to return to Lexus of Smithtown when we decided to trade the car in for a new RX. Our salesperson, Jerry Powder, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and explained patiently and in great detail every aspect of the car. His professionalism and patience were outstanding, and at no time did he pressure us to make a hasty decision. Once we selected our new RX and the lease was finalized, he spent at least an hour familiarizing us with the car before we drove it home. The very next day, he phoned to inquire about our satisfaction with the new car, and again explained that he was available for follow-up any time should we have any inquiries or problems. We were particularly impressed with his ability to put us at ease and allow us the opportunity to make an informed decision with absolutely no pressure from him. We would therefore without reservation recommend Jerry Powder to anyone considering purchasing or leasing any new Lexus model. More

I just took delivery of my third Lexus ES350. It has been my experience and luck that car salesman keep on moving from dealership to dealership and I always wind up working with some one else. Michael Anton who sold me my 2010 Lexus ES350 was so good that he was promoted to the position of manager of the pre-owned Lexus, next to the new car dealership. This time it was my good fortune to meet and work with Charles Green. Charles is a seasoned Pro, he was familiar with all the features of my new 2014 Lexus ES350. Charles was also very accommodating (I was late to two of our appointments). Charles offered me a deal on the 2014 ES350, whereby I traded in my 2010 model, which had six months left on the lease. The dealership paid off my lease and I was driving a new ES350 for almost the same monthly rate as the older model. My out of pocket costs were only Tile and plates/ You cannot beat this. I was in a real rush when I picked up my new vehicle and although Charles wanted to show me exactly how to use all the car features, I had no time and had to leave. Charles arranged for me to meet later that week with Abbas (a Lexus Technical Specialist) who explained to me how each and every feature of my new car worked.
