Lexus of Smithtown

This dealership did so much for me that I don't know where to start. I was going to buy a 2012 Toyota Prius C from another dealership and theywanted me to pay 17% interest ratebecause my credit wasn't t where to start. I was going to buy a 2012 Toyota Prius C from another dealership and theywanted me to pay 17% interest ratebecause my credit wasn't that good and through some bogus bank that I never heard of before. Well a couple of days before I was going to pick up the car I saw an ad for the same car with less than half the miles at Lexus of Smithtown. I went to check it out and thats when I meet Oren Corridon. He was super friendly and very nice and he actually told me the car was going for less than advertised price!!! He didn't have to tell me that but he was honest. The priice of the Prius C was actually 1300 dollars less than the other dealership!!! I was so pleased that I went ahead and started the paperwork. That's when I met Dolores Russell and she was just a total sweetheart. She was very kind and made the experience even more better. This is my first car ever buying from a dealership or any car that was newer than 20 years old, lol. So I was very nervous and these 2 people made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The next day I got a call and Dolores told me I was approved for 6.39% and through Toyota financing. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. I was so happy that I called the other dealership and told them I cancel buying that car from them and went with the car at Lexus of Smithtown. I am very pleased and I love the car. I tell you that I have never been so happy in my life and I am very grateful for how Oren and Dolores treated me. I am recomending everyone to go visit them and you will see for yourself. OH, it was my birthday as well and they gave me some nice gifts as well. I mean the way they treated me was just above and beyond what I ever expected. Thanks once again to Oren and Dolores for making me a very happy car owner :) More

We bought our second Lexus from Smithtown Lexus. Our salesman was Frank Loviglio. He was outstanding. We picked up our new car today (Feb. 28, 2014). He was extremely professional and understanding that it was taking time to understand all the new features in our car, He not only guided us through the process of buying the car, but also worked with in setting up our car. Additionally, I would like to add that everyone at Lexus has been wonderfully helpful. I also have to say something about the service department. A major reason we bought our second Lexus at Smithtown was because of the service department. We have brought is our other car for service (both minor and major-including oil changes) and we have to say that the service department is outstanding. We have purchased other cars over the years and have had many experiences with service department-none as good as this one. This is the fourth Lexus that I have leased from this dealership and I have found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. From going through the leasing information and costs with Bob, to the follo dealership and I have found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. From going through the leasing information and costs with Bob, to the followup with Denise, through the explanation of all the features in the car with Mike, the process was smooth and efficient, but not rushed. All my questions were answered even through the following few days when I was still needing some help with a few things. I went into Lexus to lease a new vehicle. At the time, I was unsure of what vehicle I was going to lease. Rob was a very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was looking into.
