I have purchased many new cars in my adult life. Audi, Lexus, Chevy and everything in-between. But of the many car purchase experiences I've had, by far, the most standout has been my experience with Lexus of Smithtown and Frank Loviglio, in particular. I just purchased a BMW for my wife and was looking for either a second BMW for myself or an Audi. I stopped in to the Smithtown Audi dealer and was immediately put off by a rude, gruff salesman who made it clear that I was unwelcome, by his words, actions and gestures. I left immediately and figured on going to a competitor Audi dealer to look for an S5. I stopped in to Lexus of Smithtown on my wife's suggestion (sure that I was not too interested in a Lexus, but willing to check out the new models.) I was greeted by Salesman Frank Loviglio. I immediately made it clear that I was just browsing and would not be purchasing a Lexus at all. Over the next (3!) hours, Frank made every effort to explain everything I never knew I wanted to know about the new IS 350 F-sport. Unflappable, he insisted that I take one out for a test drive and that I might think differently about the handling, looks and performance of the new IS-350. He painstakingly explained everything about the car, the differences between the base and the sport, let me drive both to compare them and at no time was pushy or trying too hard to close a deal. After learning all about the new IS 350 and experiencing the power and performance for myself, I was convinced. Frank's boss (Frank Galante) came out and negotiated a fair price with no nonsense or gimmicks of any kind. They made the whole experience of selecting and driving a vehicle the way it should be. Simple, fun and exhilarating. The next morning, Dolores in finance had everything approved and ready with an interest rate I was certain I did not deserve and I picked up the vehicle today. Frank carefully went over every detail of the (very in-depth) amenities and functions of the new car and made sure I understood everything perfectly. In short, the whole buying experience was the best one could ever expect or hope for and I would whole-heartedly recommend Lexus of Smithtown and Frank Loviglio to any prospective Lexus customer. Even if you don't think you want a Lexus, go see Frank, I feel certain you will think otherwise after you've had a chance to meet this charming and professional representative. Thank You Russ More
Finally made the time to meet with the Lexus Technical Specialist, Abbas, and I am so glad that I did. Abbas was very thorough and patient. I have had all my service done at Lexus of Smithtown and have never had a reason to write a note. When I came in on a later date, having a key holder repaired, I remembered that I have an extended warranty have never had a reason to write a note. I told the employees and they were very helpful and checked my records. They found that I was due a refund on what I paid. It was promptly corrected and I received the refund. I am indeed grateful to them. More

The team not only checked up with us on our satisfaction with the new car, they also called just to see how we were progressing with the recovery of our home. We will always go to Smithtown Lexus for any car purchase and continue to recommend them to family & friends. The entire experience at Lexus of smithtown was like no other. I have purchased several cars and quite honestly I hate the process and was not looking forward to the typical salesmanship push and once the other. Not with this dealership. It all started with a great experience as soon as I walked in the door to the smile of the friendly receptionist. Our salesman, Mike Mandolese, was having a busy day and was with another client. He immediately came and introduced himself and made sure we didn't have to wait around until he was finished. He answered our questions and set us up with a test drive. The test drive was great. Both my husband and I took turns driving while we asked tons of questions. Mike spent a lot if time with us going over options and giving us honest answers not trying to sell us things we didn't need. The offer price of the car was fair and I didn't feel like I was taken to the cleaners. Mike gave us space to talk and we actually wound up purchasing the car that day. While we knew we wanted to buy a car, we we looking at Acuras and Infinities and we're leaning toward the Infinity. We were really impressed with the Lexus, it's features and most of all the dealership. Mike said after the sale the relationship with the Lexus dealership continues and he sincerely means it. This was important to us because we have dealt with dealerships in the past where there service department treats you like a number. The financial service manager, Denise Plourde, was so friendly and made the paperwork process painless. She was very informative in giving me the different financing options and helping me to make a decision. The day we picked up the car I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time the Tech client care manager, Abbas Rajani, spent with us. He was so knowledgable and spent over an hour with us taking us though ever feature that had a knob or button in the car. I was so impressed. Both Abbas and Mike made it clear that is I had any questions about the car I could call anytime. Well when I got the car home I noticed some small glue marks on the cars. I called and Mike and he told me to bring the car whenever I want to and he would have it take care of. We brought it in the next day and it was fixed immediately. Overall it was a great experience and changed my opinion of the car buying experience. I highly recommend buying a Lexus and if you do go to Lexus of Smithtown and ask for Mike Mandolese! More
This dealership did so much for me that I don't know where to start. I was going to buy a 2012 Toyota Prius C from another dealership and theywanted me to pay 17% interest ratebecause my credit wasn't t where to start. Well a couple of days before I was going to pick up the car I saw an ad for the same car with less than half the miles at Lexus of Smithtown. I went to check it out and thats when I meet Oren Corridon. He was super friendly and very nice and he actually told me the car was going for less than advertised price!!! He didn't have to tell me that but he was honest. The priice of the Prius C was actually 1300 dollars less than the other dealership!!! I was so pleased that I went ahead and started the paperwork. That's when I met Dolores Russell and she was just a total sweetheart. She was very kind and made the experience even more better. This is my first car ever buying from a dealership or any car that was newer than 20 years old, lol. So I was very nervous and these 2 people made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The next day I got a call and Dolores told me I was approved for 6.39% and through Toyota financing. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. I was so happy that I called the other dealership and told them I cancel buying that car from them and went with the car at Lexus of Smithtown. I am very pleased and I love the car. I tell you that I have never been so happy in my life and I am very grateful for how Oren and Dolores treated me. I am recomending everyone to go visit them and you will see for yourself. OH, it was my birthday as well and they gave me some nice gifts as well. I mean the way they treated me was just above and beyond what I ever expected. Thanks once again to Oren and Dolores for making me a very happy car owner :) More
