We agreed to a purchase of a 2014 RX350 F Sport. We took delivery a week later and have enjoyed the total experience of buying for a change. Upon delivery, Matt took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions on the features of the SUV. His knowledge about this vehicle amazed us. While we did not know Matt before this purchase, we will definitely be back for the next Lexus with him. More

This dealership far exceeds any that I've visited, from the moment you are greeted at the reception desk, through the very attentive service department and most obviously within Smithtown Lexus' personable and knowledgeable sales department headed by sales manager, Bob Rossworn. Bob's professionalism, engaging personality and attention to detail are a great example to an equally exceptional sales team. Bob had a genuine interest in discussing our vehicle needs and helping us find our perfect car. The sales department is friendly, and not overbearing, and has a refreshing sense of camaraderie. Our salesman, Matt Trubia was knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation of our vehicle before and after the sale, and was a pleasure to work with. Dolores Russell was thorough and friendly in leading us through the finance paperwork and options. We will be back to Smithtown Lexus in a couple of years for our next car!! Marie B. More

I picked up my new RX 350 at the Smithtown Lexus dealer today. I have purchased and leased my cars in my time. I had two months left on my other car so I intended to just look. I already own a older Lexus for my wife that has been totally a dream to work and no major service need. I looked at the RX 350 and was very impressed and there was a very nice guy that I started to talk with him as he was a technical support person. I was then introduced to Joseph Giaquinto a top salesperson that had the strong knowledge and warm attitude that I look for in a sales person. After speaking with Joe I was introduce to the sales manager of the sales floor. Robert Rossworn. I say he was a true non pushing sale manage (others types would have given me the first step out that door) He came across with the feeling in wanting to lease a RX 350 and said I will see what I can do in helping you be "satisfied. " He was not out to put pressure on making the sale". I will just say Robert and Joe worked in pleasing me the "customer". I can go on but my goal is to let others know the service I received at this dealer. I want to support there handling of me purchasing a $50,000.00 car. I think if it was a $25,000 car these guys would handle the customer the say way. Stop in and meet Joseph and Robert. I picked mine up today and the delivery was so well done with showing me most features and advising me to stop by or call with any questions. It felt great to drive it as I went over street pot holes and as they said hard to feel them and going over the tracks on Lake Ave did not really feel them like I did with my past SUV. I will stop and leave you that I was a happy customer. As past National Sales manager for major computer company I also tried to always treat people like you want to be and these Guys and the dealership fit in. I have purchased many new cars in my adult life. Audi, Lexus, Chevy and everything in-between. I have met all types of car salesman: pushy, obnoxious, rude and some have been polite and knowledgeable. But of the many car purchase experiences I've had, by far, the most standout has been my experience with Lexus of Smithtown and Frank Loviglio, in particular. I just purchased a BMW for my wife and was looking for either a second BMW for myself or an Audi. I stopped in to the Smithtown Audi dealer and was immediately put off by a rude, gruff salesman who made it clear that I was unwelcome, by his words, actions and gestures. I left immediately and figured on going to a competitor Audi dealer to look for an S5. I stopped in to Lexus of Smithtown on my wife's suggestion (sure that I was not too interested in a Lexus, but willing to check out the new models.) I was greeted by Salesman Frank Loviglio. I immediately made it clear that I was just browsing and would not be purchasing a Lexus at all. Over the next (3!) hours, Frank made every effort to explain everything I never knew I wanted to know about the new IS 350 F-sport. Unflappable, he insisted that I take one out for a test drive and that I might think differently about the handling, looks and performance of the new IS-350. He painstakingly explained everything about the car, the differences between the base and the sport, let me drive both to compare them and at no time was pushy or trying too hard to close a deal. After learning all about the new IS 350 and experiencing the power and performance for myself, I was convinced. Frank's boss (Frank Galante) came out and negotiated a fair price with no nonsense or gimmicks of any kind. They made the whole experience of selecting and driving a vehicle the way it should be. Simple, fun and exhilarating. The next morning, Dolores in finance had everything approved and ready with an interest rate I was certain I did not deserve and I picked up the vehicle today. Frank carefully went over every detail of the (very in-depth) amenities and functions of the new car and made sure I understood everything perfectly. In short, the whole buying experience was the best one could ever expect or hope for and I would whole-heartedly recommend Lexus of Smithtown and Frank Loviglio to any prospective Lexus customer. Even if you don't think you want a Lexus, go see Frank, I feel certain you will think otherwise after you've had a chance to meet this charming and professional representative. Thank You Russ More
