Not only did they know about the cars but what would be best for me and what I really wanted !I went looking for a red IS 350 f sport which only came in white or black. They were willing to try to accommodate my interest in a red car nonetheless I test drove it and then drove the GS 350 F sport and then realized that this magnificent vehicle would do just fine in white! the entire experience was enjoyable and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to find exactly what they really want!! They both made my experience truly outstanding!! More

Bob Rossworn was a great Sales Manager and Frank Loviglio was truly a great salesmen. Also they have a tech expert Abbas Rajani who was extremely knowledgeable and great to talk with. My experience as truly outstanding and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and great customer service. More
Excellent First Time Experience at the Lexus Dealer Upon arrival there was a clearly marked designated parking area. I was then greeted promptly and brought to the person who would be assisting me to ob Upon arrival there was a clearly marked designated parking area. I was then greeted promptly and brought to the person who would be assisting me to obtain a new key for my Lexus RX350. I was asked if I would like to have a glass of water, tea, etc...and then was brought to a very clean waiting room with a huge flat screen TV as well as an array of interesting magazines neatly displayed. My wait time was suppose to be 30 minutes. After 10 minutes, the manager appeared to say the key had been successfully programmed. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. This was a very positive experience. More

I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a Lexus. After I bought the car Abbas Rajani, helped me learn the technology of the car. He is professional, and proficient in his knowledge of the car and its technology. I really think he is a wonderful asset to the dealership. He has the ability to make someone feel at ease, and is patient in his explanations about the car and its features. At first I dreaded going into a dealership to look for a car, since previously it was not a positive experience. After I worked with both of these gentlemen, I now have cause to change my mind. Rob Romano always greets me with a warm, friendly smile. Every time I bring my car in for an oil change, he makes it a priority for the mechanics to thoroughly inspect my car, ensuring that all safety measures are met. He communicates with me in an honest fashion and is straight-forward. Through the years, I have grown to trust Rob and wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! More
Redemptive Help with Friendly Service We originally tried to replace our 2010 RX-350 with a newer model at another Lexus Dealer, where we initially expected to buy, but were strongly enco We originally tried to replace our 2010 RX-350 with a newer model at another Lexus Dealer, where we initially expected to buy, but were strongly encouraged to lease, with a "rate" that was wrong, and therefore miscalculated cost. When this error was discovered, we were then strongly encourage to buy, but the original sales manager with whom we negotiated was unavailable, and the finance manager who took over again gave us wrong or confused numbers. This process went on for three full days, with no resolution, so we decided to go to another dealer (Lexus of Smithtown), where the offer was straightforward, salesman and salesmanager understood that we had not been treated professionally at the other dealer, and they with all other staff involved, went out of their way to turn an initial bad experience into one that we are very happy and satisfied with. The 2015 RX350 we purchased, is the 6th Lexus we have bought. We are loyal to the brand and through this experience, we will certainly stay loyal to the Lexus of Smithtown dealership. More

Brought my car in for Same Day Alignment This review is a couple of months late but a couple months ago I brought in my New IS350 Fsport after I hit a pothole that threw off my alignment. I c This review is a couple of months late but a couple months ago I brought in my New IS350 Fsport after I hit a pothole that threw off my alignment. I called the dealership and brought the car in the next day and Mitch was extremely helpful. The two times i have dealt with Mitch, he has been very accomodating and very professional. He is a great example of what Lexus service is and should be. Without hesitation he made sure my car was well taken care of and had it aligned and even gave it a complementary wash. I was really pleasently surprised and how well this service went as many dealerships make you wait for a long time or give you a hard time if you come in the same day, Mitch had my car taken care of right away. Lexus of Smithtown overall is a superb dealership from sales to service. Well worth the one hour trip from home to buy and now bring my new car for service here. Looking forward to another pleasent experience this upcoming week when I bring the car in for my 6 month service. More
