We formerly had three RX350s that we were enormously satisfied with. We wanted to downsize our vehicle as we are "empty nesters" now so the NX fits the bill. Our Sales Representative, Jeff Hulse was terrific and attended to every detail with professionalism and friendliness, without any sales "pressure". Dolores Russell in the finance office was efficient and made our transaction seamless. We love this dealership and will come back again in the future. More

Living a nightmare with the lemon car they sold me! I purchased a new 2015 car at Lexus of Smithtown at the end of June and honestly it was a great experience with all the staff there. Well now that I a I purchased a new 2015 car at Lexus of Smithtown at the end of June and honestly it was a great experience with all the staff there. Well now that I am having problems with the car, I can say I am appalled of how I have been treated and the unwillingness to do anything for me. 2 Days after I drove off the lot, my car died in Manhattan. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealer. A relay switch was bad and they fixed it. I was told they have never seen that happen to a new car, Lexus is reliable and it was a fluke! I wasn't happy but I accepted it Well last week it happened again! This time a different relay switch with in the same system(the fuel pump) and I was left stranded at a gas station near home. Needless to say I was not happy! This is a 5 1/2 month old car that obviously has an issue. They are not willing to do anything for me. I told them that this car should be taken back, there is a big problem with it. I travel alot and long distances to see my kids, and a very fearful that I am going to get stuck somewhere rural alone! Cars that are new don't just keep dying and keep having faulty relay switches. The one manager I first dealt with told me it isn't a lemon as it has not happened 4 times yet! Another manager, Tim, was completely rude and condescending, he said thats what warranties are for!! I asked him if he would be comfortable having his wife drive this car and he told me his private life was none of my concern!! I got handed back to the first manager who offered to buy it back from me but for what the trade in value would be now which wouldn't even cover my loan! I kept pushing the issue and he said he would speak with higher ups. I got a call today and was told they will not take it back, that it is not considered a problem! But they will pay 1 month of my car loan as a courtesy!! That does not fix the problem. I have also asked to speak with the owner and that didn't happen either, it shows how much they care about the customers whose money they have already gotten! I do not recommend buying a car from there, they have lost me as a customer forever, something they don't really seem to care about!! More

Last year and I had great hopes! neither one of us would ever go back,even for service and we own 2 Lexus 3ES 350's. I warn everyone to be very wary, the sand could bury you. More

Our sales representative Robert Meyer and the after sales orientation from Abbas Rajani was excellent. Both made the experience an enjoyable event. Robert called us several times to make sure we were happy and told us that he would be available at any time to answer questions we have. More
Outstanding Just had our 2010 RX350 in for the 30,000 mile service. Friendly people. No hassles. In, out, happy. Left wanting for nothing. What a difference compared to my recent experiences at Audi of Huntington! A knowledgeable Service Manager who took the time to talk to me about reservations I had about upgrading software for a recall pertaining to brake function. As opposed to Audi where I left feeling like a complaining nuisance for having concerns. While my Lexus was being serviced, I went about my normal day in an identical 2015 RX loaner car. At Audi my wife was sent on her way in a Hyundai Accent with nothing more than an "oh well, these things happen" excuse. I also own a BMW as well, and am in the market for another vehicle within a year. Lexus will be at the top of my list. Audi won't even be on the list. More

Enzo was able to work an amazing deal for us with just a couple of e-mails and some phone calls...He was a pleasure to deal with, and at every step of the way he went above and beyond to help us and to get us a great deal. We would recommend him to anyone who was in the market to get a new Lexus :) This is the 1st vehicle we purchased from him but I am sure it will not be our last with him :) More
