I called Lexus immediately to find out what they would recommend I do, and Sheetal went above and beyond to assist me. To wait for AAA would have meant my car may not have been serviced on Saturday, leaving me with two, small children and no transportation all weekend. Sheetal was great! As my husband and I struggled to jump-start my car, Sheetal called me back to see if I was having success. When I told her we were having trouble hooking my husband's car up, she contacted Dan, another terrific employee at the dealership, who drove to my house to help us. Sheetal met me at the dealership (way past her work hours), processed my service very quickly, and set me up in a loaner car. Because of them, I was able to get my car fixed the very next morning. What could have been a very stressful situation was actually a very stress-free experience. They are terrific! Thanks, Sheetal, Dan and August (who is always awesome)! ABOVE AND BEYOND! He didn't play the game of, "let me throw it out to my manager". He knew his limitations, and we closed the deal! He helped me locate the color and options that I wanted. On the service side, dealing with Abbas is really a pleasure! He knew how to answer my related service and technological questions. He followed up when I left a message for him. He didn't say, " bring the car in and we'll help you". He walked me through the set-ups and issues over the phone. I walked in on a whim after having had horrible experiences at a bunch of Infiniti dealers and decided to give the Lexus a try . I was introduced to Marc Kimmel and my experience turned out amazing. He was honest, straightforward and didnt play games. I told him where I needed to be and he got me there with a great deal- I ended up leasing the IS250 FSport and I can say that they now have a customer for many years to come. Marc was the best and I will recommend him without any reservations . In addition , The rest of the staff I dealt with was friendly Including Tim Burns as well as Dolores the Finance manager. Right before I picked up the car I had a minor issue that I had to discuss with Marc and Frank the General Sales mgr. They explained the situation clearly and honestly and even though -based on their explanation- they had no obligation to do anything , Frank went above and beyond with a generous offer to make me feel better about the situation and that was the icing on the cake. Many dealerships promise and don't deliver, many dealerships are just plain horrible- But Lexus of Smithtown is the opposite: A Honest First Class Dealership that backs up what they say. The service was quick and seems to have been done properly, although we were not particularly satisfied with the attitude of the service rep to whom we were assigned. The purpose of my writing, however, is to highly commend the attitude, knowledge, patience and professionalism of Jeff Rosales, who painstakingly gave us a thorough re-review of all of our vehicle's features. We drove away extremely impressed with his customer relations skills and his "can do" approach to one or two minor problems we had (which were solved, thanks to his intervention). We will gladly return to this dealership for future servicing because of him. More

My purchases are well justified to the quality of work, hospitality offered and great staff, I only deal with Rob in service I feel comfortable using the service department even when some repairs are out of my realm. Recently I got a flat on Christmas night and the very next morning they took care of me, going throu a very rough Christmas it sure made me really appreciate there help.
