Robert was unbelievably polite, soft spoken, calm and I truly felt he gave me the best price available. The transition was so smooth. Usually my husband and I hate car shopping. So much wheeling and dealing. Robert made us feel special and important. He listened to our needs and really gave us everything we asked for. I felt like he helped us as much as he would help his own family. Also he always, as well as everyone else at Lexus, returned my calls expeditiously even after I owned the car.
