We were introduced to Charles Greene who gave us a very informative and concise demonstration of a new RX 350. We were immediately impressed with the car and our sales rep. We decided to weigh both our options, i.e. buying or leasing. After being shown all the figures, we decided to lease. This was our third experience with Lexus and once again they proved to be professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. We feel that once we leave the showroom their help does not end there and we know we can continue to count on the entire Lexus of Smithtown family for whatever we will need in the future. Mike is professional, friendly and detail oriented. Anything I did not understand was explained to me precisely. I was scared to death to start looking for a car, because I was hearing horror stories about other peoples experiences (especially women). As soon as I met Mike my fears faded away. He was very up front with me with everything. If I seemed a little unsure of something he addressed it and put me at ease. i.e. I was unsure if I totally liked the color I picked and he would stop everything and say "well lets go for a walk and make sure". So we got our coats on AGAIN and went to make sure I was happy. And I was. Every question I had he handled it with a straight on professional approach. That night out to dinner with friends I told them of my awesome experience with Mike. My friend said to me OMG! you should have told me you were going to Smithtown Lexus....."there's a guy Mike Mandolese you should talk to!" LOL and just like that I knew I was in good hands.
