Story...when we were picking up our new car, we were taking care of last minute odds and ends. We were with our salesperson and Bob was handed the folder with the final papers in it for the purchase. He picked it up and said "this doesn't feel right". He went through the papers and said we are missing some papers. He was right. The papers were brought to him and he picked up the folder and said..."now it feels right". Is this man Houdini? No he said, I've been doing this for so long I can tell by the weight. More

The sales people are certainly knowledgeable, helpful and happy to please you. They do what they can to make buying a car as easy as possible. Now, let's talk about the service dept. They fall all over you to make you happy ( except lowering your bill is out of the question). They get you out in a timely fashion and supply you with coffee, tea, great snacks and tv. There is also a quiet room, where you can relax. I'm hoping I can talk them into giving massages, but I really don't think it will fly!!! Everyone involved is very helpful and happy to make car buying a good experience for you. Joe Giaquinto,our salesperson, is so down to earth, humorous and patient . Joe kept reviewing items in the car to make sure that I knew how to operate all the new"gadgets". If you don't understand anything He doesn't mind if you keep coming back and coming back...he will keep telling you and telling you. I must make mention about Robert Rossworn the sales manager who is THE BEST! Our relationship with him feels like family. He has been so kind and a true professional at what he does. To sum it up it, has been and still is a pleasure to buy a car from Lexus of Smithtown. My tip of today is: make sure that make your service appointments in the morning or early afternoon that is when snacks are plentiful. Service appointments are a breeze, and usually take about an hour. The staff here are all professional and friendly. This time our salesman was Robert Meyer and he couldn't have been more helpful. He and Robert Rossworn tracked down the color blue (Meteor Blue Mica) I was interested in and had it at the dealership within a few days. Denise Plourde helped out with the financing and suggested upgrades that enhanced the look of the car. I am still getting complements! Our salesman even drove to our office to drop off my car! More

We received excellent service, in understanding the car selection process, why buy Lexus car, picking out the right car model and the year, deciding whether to purchase a new or Certified Pre-owned car, understanding all the car features, history of the car model we were purchasing, whether to Lease or Purchase, what to expect after purchasing the car such as issues of life time service and maintenance, reviewing the car inventory to select all the options of color interior and exterior to scheduling convenient car delivery and post-sales presentation on how to operate the precious Lexus we bought. All this was made possible by none other than Mr. Frank L., our sales consultant with a personal touch. When it came to finalizing price for car purchase, Mr. Rob R. was very gracious and with his vast car dealership experience quoted the fairest price and we consummated the deal. During this process, the dealership answered all the questions, provided whatever documentation, it was hassle-free. Dolores R. arranged the Lexus financing for the car and she went over all the Lexus Accessories and Services options to heighten our Lexus Elite Dealer experience. We were also introduced to Mr. Rob R. and his Service staff to put our minds at ease that our Maintenance and Services issues will be taken care of, and as we all know, except for routine recommended service, Lexus cars do not require a lot of additional maintenance. All employees of Lexus of Smithtown are available by all modern modes of communication at all reasonable scheduled business hours. Throughout the process, they were accessible, open and friendly, and they even call you back to make sure you were happy with their service. At no point, I had any complaints. All dealership dealings were highly professional and friendly. On the day of delivery, Jeff R. technical specialist went through in details all the features and operations of the new high-tech car and put us at ease with the product. Planned on getting a Lexus and this dealership turned me off I went into this dealership yesterday because I was planning on turning in my lease with Honda and getting into a new Lexus. I wasn't even there for 2 minutes, when I met with a salesperson (didnt tell me his name but was in his mid 40s, had greyish black hair and blue eyes) and left within the two minutes. I wasn't even greeted by this man, just by the receptionist and he was standing right next to her. I told her I wanted to trade in my lease and get into a new one and the guy said "perfect, come with me" didnt even introduce himself, didnt look me in the eye, NOTHING! I was looking at a 2015 Lexus RC 250 and he said "okay well we got the choice of car out of the way now what car do you have, how much are you paying and how long do you have left on your lease" I told him the truth that I had two years left on my lease but I have had it for two years and I really just had major problems with the car so I wanted to see what the options are. He literally looked at me and said "I cant help you" and laughed in my face. I told him, "Well, you didn't have to treat a new customer like that, you couldn't at least gave me options with a different car" he said "WELL REALLY I CANT HELP YOU, BE REALISTIC" I told him alright I'll go elsewhere then! I immediately left, went two stores down to Acura of Smithtown and bought a 2016 ILX with my car completely bought out, no issues, and no higher payment. The difference was, the salesperson Charlie at Acura actually gave me a chance and listened to me. I really wanted to get a Lexus, even if it wasn't the time right now and going into that dealership and briefly speaking to that terrible salesperson completely turned me away from ever getting one. Never recommending this dealership simply over 2 minutes. More

Mike Rothstein, our salesman, was friendly, intelligent and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions, and our negotiations were conducted in a low-key, amicable manner. The dealership seems committed to supporting its customers. When we picked up the car, Mike was joined by Abbas Rajani, a technical specialist, to take us through a demonstration of all the features of the navigation and audio systems. Both encouraged us to call with any questions and emphasized their desire to provide continuing support throughout the lease term. I highly. recommend Mike and the dealership. More
