Joe Giaquinto my salesman was very knowledgeable and cared more about what my needs were as a customer then just trying to sell me a car. When it came time to get my car appraised I felt I was given a very good value. The Pre-owned manager Michael Anno even came over and spoke to me about it.The Business Manager Dolores Russell was also very helpful. If you're looking for a Lexus this is the place to go. MOST disgusting dealer I've ever experience Disgusted with Lexus of Smithtown- NEVER GO THERE Perhaps others have had a better experience with the new sales division at this dealership but th Disgusted with Lexus of Smithtown- NEVER GO THERE Perhaps others have had a better experience with the new sales division at this dealership but the Preowned Sales department is the most despicable, disgusting place I have ever experienced in my 40+ years of car buying. William "Bill" Dekoning was our salesman who constantly made deprecating and condescending remarks and replies to our questions. During our appointment, he went off to help another customer briefly which would have been fine if he had the professionalism to explain the situation and not ignore us when we asked if he was helping another customer. The car of interest was in acceptable exterior condition but had fresh drink stains and dirt on the inside. Of course, questions about the stains only fueled Bill's deprecating mannerisms. To worsen the already disgusting experience, while we were showing Bill outside defects, two preowned Sales managers (Michael Anno and Robert Rossworn) were standing at the car parked next us. Whether it was intentional or not, they made insulting comments about us to each other, describing us as "F***ing customers". After test driving, we met with the pre-owned sales manager Michael Anno (the same one who was making audible insults) who was extremely unprofessional, contentious, and plain rude. He raised his voice numerous times and talked in a derogatory manner. He proceeded to snatch the papers out of my hand in order to point out something on the paper. Needless to say, we were absolutely not interested in purchasing the vehicle SOLELY because of the experience at this dealership. On a side note, the pre-owned building is not well taken care of and not representative of Lexus standards. I will make sure to let every one of my employees, clients, family, and friends to NEVER even consider going to Lexus of Smithtown. I am sure the two companions who were with me will also make sure to spread the word of this retched dealership. More

My husband and I dealt with Mr Charles Greene, salesman, Mr Abbas Rajani the technical specialist , Ms Denise Plourde from fiancé and Mr Robert Rossworn sales manager. The experience was wonderful. No pressure to buy or lease, we were given all scenarios for purchasing and leasing. Ms Denise Plourde was a pleasure.to deal with for our financing. I met a Great Salesman! I bought several Lexus in the past from Lexus of Smithtown and Lexus of Southampton (same ownership) The salesmen were always knowledgeable, professio I bought several Lexus in the past from Lexus of Smithtown and Lexus of Southampton (same ownership) The salesmen were always knowledgeable, professional and very attentive. This time I went to Lexus of Smithtown with my son. He was looking for a Hybrid car. Unfortunately a his Lincoln MKZ Hybrid was just totaled and he was pretty sure he wanted the same car. There we met Michael Rothstein, he show a 300H to us and very politely ask my son to take the car for a test drive. He did not pressure us, he just suggest to try the car. My son was very skeptical, nevertheless he decided to take the car for a test drive. After a relatively short trip, my son decided that "maybe" after all he liked the car. Michael insisted with my son to drive a little longer, because in his opinion, it would be a mistake to buy a car if you are not really convinced is the right one. Again no pressure, just advise! After the second road test my son was convinced. Michael should us his inventory and soon we find the car my son liked. A few minutes late we had a very short and civilized negotiation about the price and the deal was sealed. A day later after a fantastic tutorial by Caroline and Michael, my son drove home his beautiful new car. Thank you Michael!!! More
