He explained what I would be getting, how the process would work, and he went over all of the paperwork with me making sure I fully understood. On delivery he spent about 2 hours with me making sure I knew how to work my brand new car, which I appreciated. Frank even offered to personally make future service appointments for me and set it up so I would have a loaner car ready to go. Overall it was a very luxurious experience. You get what you pay for and Frank and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Smithtown did not fall short of making my car buying experience absolutely wonderful, in fact they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a repeat Lexus customer and Lexus of Smithtown customer! I would also like to add that Bob Rossworn the sales manager and Denise Plourde in finance were a pleasure to work, they both offered me great pricing without pushing me to buy anything that I didn't need or that wasn't in my best interest.
