A most enjoying experience. I came to Lexus of Smithtown to just browse. I had seen a car I liked on the road, and it was a Lexus. I never thought I could afford this car. Charles Greene was my salesman and after taking me for a test drive and explaining my options, he showed me that it was possible. Charles was a professional in every aspect of the word. He took me by the hand through the whole car buying process from beginning to end. Introduced me to a wonderful woman in finance, Denise Plourde, who helped me with that process and a tech who sat patiently with me explaining all the cars features. The appointment to pick up my vehicle, was again handles by Charles and went smoothly. All my questions were answered and I was courteously given an open invitation to come back at any time if there were any more questions. All in all my whole experience with Smithtown Lexus was an enjoyable one. More

Hadn't been in this particular dealership in about 7 yrs because I'd had a prior poor experience. With my son's prodding I decided to give them another shot and I was pleasantly surprised. The sales people were very kind and courteous and weren't using any high pressure sales to get us to lease a car. Instead they had us test drive their cars and explained what they felt were our advantages to owning their particular cars. A complete turnaround from yrs ago. Our salesman Quinn was very nice and very patient with us as we negotiated my son's deal. I was so happy w my experience that I too decided to lease a car as well. Keep up the good work More

Painless. After visiting several dealers in the area and being extremely turned off by the sales people, Smithtown Lexus was a breath of fresh air. When I walked into the dealership, I wasn't even sure if I wanted a Lexus, I was just so disgusted with the rest of the dealerships that I went to that I figured 'what the heck'. Quinn was our salesman, he was friendly, accommodating, and actually had a sense of humor which was refreshing. Quinn was very knowledgable about the vehicle and anything he didn't know he was honest and found out. We test drove the vehicle twice, there was no pressure. When we decided that we actually wanted to the vehicle Quinn and manager Tim (who introduced himself on our first visit assured me when I had any doubts regarding the numbers) were able to put together numbers that we liked. We ended up leasing the vehicle and I couldn't be happier. The entire process went smooth and quick, we didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. The finance woman Denise was also very knowledgable and quick to finish all paperwork. After we purchased the car, Jeff was very friendly and able to take his time to teach us how everything worked in the car, never annoyed by all the questions we had! Quinn and the people at Lexus of Smithtown that I encountered were professional and upfront, truly a breath of fresh air compared to other luxury dealers in the area.
