This is our third Lexus from Lexus of Smithtown and each time we returned it was the same experience in one word GREAT. Bob Rossworn is a very professional salesperson. I was provided a test drive where Mr. Anno gave me a complete understanding of the features of the auto which supported my selection of the options that Mr. Rossworn had laid out for me. When I came to pick-up the new car, all the of the paper-work was prepared in advance and they provided me with clear understanding of each of the documents. Furthermore, Mr. Anno did a very thorough job of reviewing with me all the features of the car including programming all of the navigation options.
