I felt that they were doing everything possible to give me a great deal on the purchase of my new car, as well as on the price of the 10-year-old Lexus I was trading in. Mr. Orlowski was very friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the car's equipment and navigation system. As soon as I put the order in for my new rx450h, the dealership gave me an almost-new Lexus 350 SUV to use (at no cost) until my new car came in. (The new car came in 11 days from when I put in the order). I have been using the service department of Lexus for many years and it is fantastic. You get greeted as soon as you arrive; the staff completes the paperwork promptly, and the service is performed very quickly. I have been dealing with Robert Heinsohn in the service department for many years, and he is very friendly and professional. If the service will require more than a day, you are given a loaner car. There are very comfortable places to wait, including a "quiet room", while your car is being serviced. Lexus of Smithtown is a great auto dealership all-around. If posible, I would give them six stars. More
