It has been a pleasure dealing with Lexus of Smithtown. I felt that they were doing everything possible to give me a great deal on the purchase of my new car, as well as on the price of the 10-year-old Lexus I was trading in. Mr. Orlowski was very friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the car's equipment and navigation system. As soon as I put the order in for my new rx450h, the dealership gave me an almost-new Lexus 350 SUV to use (at no cost) until my new car came in. (The new car came in 11 days from when I put in the order). I have been using the service department of Lexus for many years and it is fantastic. You get greeted as soon as you arrive; the staff completes the paperwork promptly, and the service is performed very quickly. I have been dealing with Robert Heinsohn in the service department for many years, and he is very friendly and professional. If the service will require more than a day, you are given a loaner car. There are very comfortable places to wait, including a "quiet room", while your car is being serviced. Lexus of Smithtown is a great auto dealership all-around. If posible, I would give them six stars. More

I sell auto insurance and 50% of the time when i ask a salesman to fax me cert of origan, bill of sale and lease agreement i never get it. To me that is poor service after the sale. In dealing with Joe Giaquinto i received quality service above and beyond. I wanted to have a cassette player in the car and it didn't have one. Joe promised me he would get one and one that fit. He got 2 cassette players that didn't work for one reason or another. Finally Joe got one 2 months later after the purchase that worked. He kept his word and provided the kind of service that makes a customer want to come back for the next car purchase i make.
