Sandy and Robert were very professional and helpful during our selection process for the new CT200h. Dolores guided us through the many options and financing, often helping us make the decision that was right for us, showing exceptional patience and knowledge. On the day we picked up the car, Sandy took us through the setup of the blue tooth system and other features, but it was curtailed by rain. I felt like I could have used just a little more time acclimating to the car but otherwise it was fine. Overall an excellent experience as always. More
Excellent customer service! I was greeted as soon as I drove up and paperwork was completed and I was back on the road in less than 10 min with a loaner car. How can you beat that! The pickup was just as drove up and paperwork was completed and I was back on the road in less than 10 min with a loaner car. How can you beat that! The pickup was just as easy. I have never had such a positive experience at any other dealership and am so pleased with this particular center that my husband and I will only consider another Lexus when we are ready for our next car! My only wish is that charges were a little more reasonable. I would love to service my car there more regularly but it's cost prohibitive for us in today's economy. More

This is my third car from Lexus of Smithtown and, honestly, the experience just gets better and better! Sales people are knowledgable but by no means pushy. We enjoyed Joe's sense of humor and he proved invaluable when we picked up our car late at night. He patiently taught us how to navigate our new truck as if it was the middle of the day. Joe even offered to drive me home while my husband finished with the paper work because my daughters were calling and had to be somewhere! Mr. Rossworn, the sales manager, was friendly and very accomodating. His sense of community (sponsoring a 5K for our local school district) showed me that this Lexus dealership also has a commitment to the surrounding area. All in all our experince with this dealership has been top notch. I am sure the service on my new GX 460 will be just as satisfying as my other 2 Lexus cars from this dealer. More

I purchased my last Lexus (ES300) over 10 years ago from Lexus of Smithtown. After 190000 miles +, it was time to trade it in! All those years, I had my Lexus expertly serviced by Lexus of Smithtown. Consequently, I never had a problem and was convinced that I would purchase my next car from this dealership. When my husband and I visited the showroom looking for a hybrid vehicle, we were greeted by Arjun Vir, who spent considerable time talking to us about options, including the HS250h. After discussing my needs and current utilization of my car, Arjun offered a test drive. That did it! After having visited other dealerships selling alternative hybrid cars, I was convinced that this was the car I wanted. Dolores Russel, one of the dealer's financial services managers provided considerable information about optional accessory packages and assisted us in personalizing the car. Within two days, the car was ready for us. I could not believe the time (over 2 hours) spent detailing the features of the car and assuring that I understood how to operate the sophisticated technology that was required programming. By the time I left the dealership, I was comfortable in using the features of the car. I am thrilled with the expertise of the salespersons I dealt with and look forward to continued professional service from this dealership. More

We have been customers of Lexus of Smithtown for more than ten years, and are completely satisfied with every aspect of our relationship. Needless to say, we would not keep coming back if this was not t than ten years, and are completely satisfied with every aspect of our relationship. Needless to say, we would not keep coming back if this was not the case. Most recently, I returned an RX350 and leased the latest model of the same car. In both cases, I dealt with Bob Rossworn, who I consider to be the ultimate professional in an industry that many of us expect the worst. The finance lady on this lease was Dolores Russell, who spent a great deal of time with us and did not try to push us into adding additional options. She was polite, professional and made the time fly by with her outgoing personality and wit. Finally, Michael Anno took us through the features of the car, attached our phones, programmed destinations into the Navigation System, and showed us how to add numbers to the speed dial. He showed us the all the new technology features that were developed since our last lease. The entire transaction, from the first time I contacted Bob until we drove out with the new car went flawlessly, without a hitch. I would be remiss if I didn't take this opportunity to comment on Lexus of Smithtown's Service Department. We have been taking our cars there for more than ten years and have never experienced anything but the highest quality service. It is truly a unique operation. More

Even after all the paperwork was said and done, they found out about a better financing rate and we resigned my contract. They really had my interests as much in mind as they would have their own.
