It started all with a Live chat session questioning pricing with Abbas, and he set me up with an appointment the next day, and when I came in the dealership for a testdrive I was greeted warmly. Abbas was first rate in customer service, he knew what I was looking for, If it was not for his time and assistance in the purchase, I probably would not walk out of the dealership with a new car,it was because of Abbas I bought the car and I think he should be rewarded for his fine work because I dont think he was just like that for me but I believe he is like that all arround, he even gave me a Flash drive with music on it in which I was real suprised at that, after the test drive Abbas placed me with Frank, and I must say once again I was greeted warmly by Frank, we hammered out a deal that I think was fair, I stated what I was looking for and Frank came through, and he came through in a big way cause I received lots of perks with my vehicle and I could not ask for more, once we hammered out the trade in for my car and price, I was then taken to Matt where thats when everything came together. Matt was extremely helpful in getting the process rolling with all the paperwork, any problems I had Matt was there to address them, when I went to pick up the car the next day Matt went through every detail about the car for me and if i needed anything at all after I picked up the car, he did not hesitate to tell me to give him a call. Dolores and Denise was a big help as well setting up the loan information and the great deals they gave me for putting the finishing touches to my brand new 2012 IS 250 and I could not be any more happy. Overall I never went to a dealership and felt important, they really strive for customer service and I must say my experience compared to other dealerships was one that I will never forget, Its a new car so i hope not to see the service dept much but i hope the service dept is just like the sales dept, but i would buy another lexus from them if i do buy another car in the future.
