The experience I had at Lexus of Smithtown was outstanding. I am currently leasing my second ES350. The salesman, Frank Loviglio, was a true gentleman, patient, understanding of my needs, and very outstanding. I am currently leasing my second ES350. Being as I am weak in the technical field, I was afraid that much of the technology in the car would be too complicated for me to use. Frank assured me that the new model was easier to use than the previous ES350, and spent a substantial amount of time explaining the features to me. Frank told me that I could always call him or stop in to the showroom if I had any questions whatsoever. Indeed, in the week since I have picked up my car, he has called me to make sure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to all of this, his prices were excellent. I also was introduced to Abbas Rajani, the "Tech Expert", who was personable, efficient, and offered his services at any time I might need them. Diane, in financing, was professional, polite and wasted no time for me. I am looking forward to working with Frank Loviglio again, for a third time, when my current lease expires in 3 years. More
