We bought the RX350 on NYE, great quality customer service! Very friendly, very helpful and overall a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Today, close to a month later we noticed a slight service! Very friendly, very helpful and overall a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Today, close to a month later we noticed a slight cracking on the driver side mirror. I went in with intentions to get it replaced. At, first it was a bit hard cause i felt for a new vehicle, not even a month old, the mirror should not have cracked that easily. They informed me that it can be due to the bad weather here in NYC, or someone tried to smash it. I was upset i had to pay almost 350$ for a new mirror and went a bit crazy. After several attempts on not feeling I should pay for this mirror....they called over a manager (Ken) which came to me and said he would work with me. We spoke and i happened to get so upset i started to cry! (typical emotional female). After a bit he came back to me and said "please do not cry it is just a car and not worth getting so upset over"- I will replace the mirror for free! Of course a big sense of relief came along and I was once again one happy customer! I would highly recommend This Dealership (Lexus of Long Island City) cause they do care about there customers and treat you like family...and that is what we all look for! Lexus of Queens was the total opposite of a typiccal dealership experinece. Between the buetiful building and the employees, it totally feels like home.
