I began communicating with Mr. Huey Ng about 5 months before I actually made a purchase in December 2010. I wasn't sure if I wanted to trade in my RX 330 for another Lexus model, finance or lease. Overall, the customer service is great; I recall coming to the showroom with my seven-year-old and they were completely accommodating to him. They brought him snacks and even offered to put his favorite show on the TV in the lounge area. We had some custom work done to the car and the quality was 100% professional. I was truly impressed.
