went in as a informed consumer and the salesperson was rude and just kept putting us down. he refused to believe there would be any change in the body of the 2009 rx and kept making price an issue when i rude and just kept putting us down. he refused to believe there would be any change in the body of the 2009 rx and kept making price an issue when i simply wanted to know about features of the vehicle. i have been a bmw owner for many years, changing my bmw vehicle every 3 years. this was my first experience with lexus and i am turned off by the whole thing. i suggest you go to a dealer in jersey or long island, where they know how to treat customers!
