First time coming to this dealer for service because my 2016 RX450H driver side door broken (it couldn't open from inside, very annoy!). I realized it was manufacture recall issue when I making the service call and was asked to bring in on 8/10/20. But I was turned back from service center because no parts available. Meanwhile I was told it normally taking 2~3 business days to order the parts. On 8/13, I followed up with a call but was told they still waiting for parts. On 8/21, I texted the service representative on ETA, this time no reply whatever. Yesterday, I called my old dealership (warnock lexus) and at least they booked me on 9/4 service date! Mr. Wu More
