I found the Lexus IS500 F Sport Performance Premium I wanted at Lexus of Edison. It was the only InfraRed with White interior available in the whole United Stated. Monday morning I spoke with Abe Shr wanted at Lexus of Edison. It was the only InfraRed with White interior available in the whole United Stated. Monday morning I spoke with Abe Shrief. I liked what I heard from him. He was able to convince me that he and Lexus of Edison would make my out of state purchase of the car flow smoothly. He lived up to his promises. He never promised something that he did not complete to my satisfaction. He hustles and never seems still. Abe Shrief and I worked out the details of holding the car until Thursday for me to travel to Edison NJ from Houston to purchase the car. An hour and a half later, I had placed a deposit on the car and I started to make my travel arrangements. Soon after receiving the deposit; I received the Buyers Order with the details for the purchase. The wire transfer for the purchase was completed by 8:30 AM the next morning. So within 24 hours of first talking with Abe; the car was paid for and waiting for me to sign the purchase documents when I arrived on Thursday. I am not a person that makes snap purchases; so moving this quickly said I was very comfortable dealing with Lexus of Edison; and they lived up to my expectations. Lexus of Edison did not add any "Extra Cost Options" to the car and the car was sold at MSRP. Exactly the way a sale should be handled. Abe even helped coordinate the loading of the car on the transporter to Houston. A few weeks before, I had visited the Houston Lexus dealership where we had purchased a 2024 ES300H telling them I was interested in an IS500. Every one of the IS500's on their order book was committed to another client and they never even made a follow-up call to allow me to get on the wait list. I never felt ignored by Abe. More

I received exceptional service from Zahid and Mohammed yesterday as I had a computer update that needed to be done to my Lexus RX 350. I happened to run into my sales person Zahid and he asked me why was I there and I explained to him the situation and he immediately assisted me and introduced me to Muhammad and said that he would take care of me, so I was able to get my vehicle serviced and not have to return back to the dealership for the update. Everything was completed within an hour. My car was washed and to my surprise my gas was also topped off, which was exceptional and over the top and I really appreciated that! The small things really meant so much to me and I am so happy that I made my purchase in March 2024 with Zahid at the Edison location. Purchasing a new car has always been a nightmare. However, not this time. From the time we entered the dealership and were introduced to our sales person, Andrea Arias the experience was pleasant. She was attentive to our wants and showed us a car which we actually purchased. We did our homework and indicated what we were willing to pay. She met our price with a minimum of bargaining. We typically shop around at various dealerships. It was not necessary this time. I have always refused to push a Dealership since my expectations are not same as others. However without a doubt Lexus of Edison is the place to go and definitely ask for Andrea Arias. More

5 years ago we purchased our second Lexus RX350 F Sport and we got a good price and we were treated fairly. So we contacted the dealership to buy a GX460 for our 36th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately, and we got a good price and we were treated fairly. So we contacted the dealership to buy a GX460 for our 36th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately, our sales person was no longer at the dealership. We were contacted by Zahid Syed and we talked on the phone on the trim levels available for the GX 460. We settled on the Luxury trim fully optioned. He was very knowledgeable about the features and additional options. We did a test drive and we did the paperwork. I even scored 900 on the credit which lowered my interest rate by 1% - Tony Kwak the finance manager clearly explained the other products we could purchase - and we got the maintenance and tire & key packages. He was also very helpful! We highly recommend you contact Zahid & Tony if you're in the market for a Lexus. They both were "low-key" and did not pressure us our sell us options we were not interested in. More
