Just have my first maintain service for my 2026 RX350h, service advisor Smithy and all staff are friendly and helpful very happy with my visit.
We had service in Edison, and Mohammed took care of us very quickly. The best service ever. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
It's been a wonderful experience, he Dale ,explained everything from start to finish . This has been me greatest car buying experience ever. I love my new car.
I had been a Lexus devotee for decades. I bought a pre owned LS460 with 21k miles from Lexus of Edison. I loved that car! I only got to put on about another 20k miles before my 3 year warranty expired. Starting in 2021 my LS 460's batteries died several times over a few months. I replaced each one but to no avail and tremendous inconvenience. About 3 months before my last service visit, the service dept "suggested" that I coincidently needed $6k in other repairs to prevent other problems in the future. I foolishly agreed to authorize those repairs in March 2022. On my last service visit in June 2022, I was told that they would have to "rip open" the floor to try to figure out the problem. The cost to me would be $3 -5k and they could not guarantee that they could figure out and finally fix the problem. I had no choice but to trade in the vehicle at a very low price as I was told they could not sell it. Instead, they would "ship it out." With no vehicle to even drive home, I foolishly leased a 2022 ES250 AWD for 3 years. I am only 5 foot 7 and have hated the car ever because it is so difficult to get in and out of. My LS 460 was so much easier. To add insult to injury, when I complained to management about how a dealership could not be able to fix a problem; they were totally unsympathetic. I asked if I could get some portion of my $6k back. The general manager said no and the only accommodation offered was to sell me a new car w/o a surcharge; as it was during the pandemic. I eventually called Lexus of America. I got not even the surcharge offer, despite being a lexus owner since 1991, except for a few years in between. I am now a happy Benz owner and will never darken Lexus of Edison's door ever again nor any other Lexus stealership.
I purchased my NX350 from Abe Shrief at Lexus of Edison—not Brooklyn—and I want to say one thing about Abe: he is a truly professional person. From start to finish, he made the entire experience smooth, honest, and enjoyable. Thank you for everything, Abe. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a Lexus.
I found the Lexus IS500 F Sport Performance Premium I wanted at Lexus of Edison. It was the only InfraRed with White interior available in the whole United Stated. Monday morning I spoke with Abe Shrief. I liked what I heard from him. He was able to convince me that he and Lexus of Edison would make my out of state purchase of the car flow smoothly. He lived up to his promises. He never promised something that he did not complete to my satisfaction. He hustles and never seems still. Abe Shrief and I worked out the details of holding the car until Thursday for me to travel to Edison NJ from Houston to purchase the car. An hour and a half later, I had placed a deposit on the car and I started to make my travel arrangements. Soon after receiving the deposit; I received the Buyers Order with the details for the purchase. The wire transfer for the purchase was completed by 8:30 AM the next morning. So within 24 hours of first talking with Abe; the car was paid for and waiting for me to sign the purchase documents when I arrived on Thursday. I am not a person that makes snap purchases; so moving this quickly said I was very comfortable dealing with Lexus of Edison; and they lived up to my expectations. Lexus of Edison did not add any "Extra Cost Options" to the car and the car was sold at MSRP. Exactly the way a sale should be handled. Abe even helped coordinate the loading of the car on the transporter to Houston. A few weeks before, I had visited the Houston Lexus dealership where we had purchased a 2024 ES300H telling them I was interested in an IS500. Every one of the IS500's on their order book was committed to another client and they never even made a follow-up call to allow me to get on the wait list. I never felt ignored by Abe.
