Tom arranged financing and was very honest and forthright and didn't try to sell me finance products I didn't need. I've used Free Car wash and have had no problem and they were very quick. Parts/accessories are priced quite high and I think Lexus Edison original buyers/owners should get a discount greater than the 10% on-line coupon...the mark up on some parts is 100%! Can't they live with a 66% margin? Only problem I've had is they were supposed to pay my last month lease on my old car and didn't...they were supposed to cut a check directly to me for the amount and I am still waiting almost 2 weeks...blaming the Accounting Department. For competitive new car pricing, no-hassle/professional sales I would recommend Justin and Lexus of Edison. More

Recently, I purchased the GS350. Lexus of Edison was my first stop and Anna was my choice to work with. Again, everything was a pleasure. While Anna was not going to be available when I picked the car up, Jason Revere was going to review the car with us in Anna's place. Another classy, caring and knowledgeable individual. Jason spent all the time in the world with us, answering every question in a professional and unrushed manner. A real superstar. Tom Pasquale, the finance guy handled the closing in a relaxed and efficient manner - a delightful guy. Because of its location, sales and service departments, overall operating room-like cleanliness, I would purchase another vehicle from Lexus of Edison. More

Although the staff is highly friendly, my experience has been less than satisfactory. They offer "free" car washes with a purchase of a vehicle. It was actually suggested to me to leave because their was "an hour wait" for the wash, which turned out to be untrue. It just seems to be always something when you bring in your car for said service. Not impressed. Don't offer the service if your not going to do it properly. After a month with my new car, I now learned that the dealership hadn't paid my last payment on my pervious car like they negotiated to do. Now dealing with that issue. For a luxury dealership, I expected more. The car itself is wonderful. Lexus is a reputable and reliable brand. Safety was at the utmost importance to us and Lexus delivers on that. More

I visited 4 Lexus dealerships and was blown away with how much better Lexus of Edison is. Anna Samejo was friendly and very professional. I needed to schedule my service and actually forgot to call ahead. When I got to Lexus of Edison, Wayne and Joe took me right away and did the recall on my ES350 and made me feel at home. My car was washed and vacuumed and was filled with gas. That's why I buy Lexus and that's why i trust this product enough to buy it for my kids. I felt like a royalty when I was waiting for my car to get done. I am super happy with these 2 guys and think that they are the best. More
