I received excellent service from the service rep Ramon. There was a problem with the tow truck driver; he refused to wear a mask when he showed up. He was reported to the Lexus road service and another tow truck was dispatched and this driver was very courteous, wore a mask and did a great job loading my car and delivering it to San Diego Lexus.
