My wife and I were out shopping for a new truck and decided on a F-150 from Stumpf Ford. The salesman Sean McDonald was very helpful and not pushy. Both my wife and I dreaded the thought of having to buying a new vehicle because we don't like the buying ritual that some dealers insist you go through. Sean made it an actual pleasure. We feel we were treated fairly and Sean did an excellent job on answering all of our questions. Sean also called several times after the sale to ask whether or not we had any questions and if we were satisfied with our purchase. We have owned the truck for about a month now and are totally satisfied. We have not had to deal with the Service Dept. as of yet, but hope that when that time comes, we will have a similar experience.I would highly recommend Sean McDonald to anyone looking for a new vehicle! It was a wonderful experience. For years, a family friend of ours worked with Les Stumpf Ford, so he knew Ken. Also, Ken sold my father a Sport Trac and he loves it.
