The overall experience of purchasing the car was top-knotch, and I really appreciated the way Steve suggested many different options for buying a car that led us to the choice that buying new was th top-knotch, and I really appreciated the way Steve suggested many different options for buying a car that led us to the choice that buying new was the best way to go. In addition, his follow-up after the sale was a welcome surprise, and it's nice to have that additional involvment after the sale to close the loop on an exceptional buying experience. However, since the purchase of the car, I haven't enjoyed the same degree of convenience. Things became more difficult with an incident of getting a flat tire less than 2 weeks into buying the car, and the delays in getting the tire repaired in a timely manner. There have been added complications of the 2 recalls that are in place for the car I purchased, and that has dragged on for not having my new car for the last 2 weeks with the forecast of not having the car for another additional week yet. It is not convenient to be making a car payment for a car I cannot drive and have a loaner car with less features as the substitute for a better part of a month. More

I fully intended to purchase another Toyota but a friend (Kathy Helf) recommended that I visit Les Stumpf Ford and talk to Gary Cyr. Long story short, he was very helpful to me in choosing the right Ford for my purposes. He was also good about going over details and providing easy to understand figures.
