Bait N Switch!! No Customer Service..PERIOD! As a longtime Larson Autogroup customer...this Larson Dodge Ram of Puyallup is the absolute worst! First, just pulling into the dealership and walking As a longtime Larson Autogroup customer...this Larson Dodge Ram of Puyallup is the absolute worst! First, just pulling into the dealership and walking around the lot for 15 minutes, no one greets you, the sales folks just stand outside and talk amongst themselves. After 15 minutes, decide to go inside and actual find someone that was willing to greet you... nope that didn't happen either. Had to literally walk into someone's cubicle space and ask for assistance...that wasn't of any help either..as I was passed around from one salesperson to another. Evidently no one wants to sell cars at this dealership. Finally, I get a salesperson named Keith. From the start I already new that this was going to not be a good experience. Keith is well versed in the sales pitch and B.S. attitude. Basically, let's look at everything else but what I am asking for..very poor salesman. This salesman actually said he is not going to walk back and forth to the sales manager Tony and represent what I am negotiating for. It seems as though every deal is the "Best Offer". 10k difference from KBB trade offer..very poor trade offers...takes way too much time to haggle and come to an agreement. Tony the sales manager had the nerve to tell me that my trade needed new tires, when the truck had new tires and only 5k on them...he didn't even go outside and look at the truck until I complained and almost walked out...that set the presidence for the whole tibacle at this dealership. Many times I wanted to walk away!! But they had the vehicle I wanted..so I wanted to ensure I did my best to negotiate a great deal, so the right monthly payment...however, this dealership between the sales manager and the salesman...they are of no help!! It's all about the bottom line over customer service with Larson Dodge Ram Puyallup! This dealership has perfected their Bait N Switch...originally went in with a stock number from their online website with the deals and offered with that specific truck vin number and stock number, just to have Keith and Tony say that the websites are all wrong, and it's their advertisement companies fault, and that they do not honor their online pricing. Seriously?? But Keith the salesman wants to show you every other vehicle with no options for even more money. Such a waste of time! Be careful with this dealership as they will negotiate a price with the asterisk that you must Finance through them only. They build the price just to change the interest rate to make more money on you. You are way better off being pre-approved with your own bank or credit union. BUT...this Larson Dodge Ram of Puyallup does NOT make it an option for you to bring your own financing to table. After three days of haggling for a reasonable trade value, and reasonable price of the truck, finance now has their turn at price gouging. Michelle in finance..extremely unprofessional and mean lady, will straight up look you in the eyes and lie to you...she will tell you that unless your paying with cash in full for the vehicle you must Finance through her..and later refinance elsewhere for a lower payment. This is completely not true! But trying to get a Purchase and Sales Agreement through this dealership is near impossible! Normally you would get a sales agreement and take to your bank and close the loan and being a cashier's check back to dealer to finalize the deal...not with Larson Dodge Ram Puyallup. Keith the salesman continuously voices his disgust and makes empty promises, Tony the sales manager will lie to you continuously and tell you everything under the sun..and Michelle in Finance will scold you, roll her eyes at you, and straight lie to you...worst of it..she holds your trade car registration hostage if you choose to just walk away from the deal because you don't want to finance with her. It literally took the General Manager Lewey to go into her office and retrieve my original car registration. It was a circus!! Unprofessional and uncaring people at this dealership. Never heard anything back from the salesman for two weeks until the General Manager Lewey calls me to find out what happened. After explaining the poor car buying experience at his dealership, he at least made it right! Up the trade, and got me a Purchase Sales Agreement to take to the bank. Michelle in Finance originally quoted 5.9% from AlaskaUSA by going through their dealerahip...in person at the credit union the rate was 2.9%. That just proves the lies, and interest manipulation this dealership has on its customers. Just raw and dirty finance expierence..even when they know your being payment conscience. Worst part is upon delivery I was promised new windshield wipers, top off on all fluids, and a hand wax from Keith the salesman. None of that occurred. At delivery...Keith was outside with the other three stogies salepeople and literally told me to go to his desk and scoop up the keys off his desk..not a thank you or nothing. At least the truck was was parked in front so I can deliver the truck to myself. After a quick walk around of the vehicle..of course it was dirty from the test drive...mud all in the wheels wells...i atleast noticed the temp tag was nowhere to be found. I had to go back in and beg for my temp tag. 20 minutes later..finally I had one. Again no thank you's..as if I was there interrupting their work day. To this day..still havnt even received a follow-up call or offer to fix the windshield wipers, fluids, car wash...nothing. Think twice before you give this dealership a chance to price gouge your pocketbook, or make empty promises. The experience and your time is not worth it. More

We looked around and did not see the Jeep, I actually had to go into the dealership (very low pressure), Oscar Rodriguez looked the Jeep up online and found it on their other lot. He took me over and had me drive it back. He worked with me and knew the situation I had with my car. I told him I would be getting back to him the next day. He was very easy to deal with, great personality and came in on his day off to work with me and get me no matter Jeep. I would recommend seeing Oscar and Larson Dodge for your new or certified pre- owned car. More
