Worst Service Department I have seen My wife and I bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Wednesday 2/8/17. We drove the vehicle home that night and then flew out of town the following morning. Upon returning on Sunday evening (late at night) we noticed the windows looked funny. We opened the doors up and every window was frozen on the inside as well as the outside (my guess was a window seal was broken or missing). The following morning my wife went to work and had a hard time defrosting the car and the inside of the windows were melting into the car (water spots on the dash board). Before she got off work I text the lady who sold me the car and she told me that we should bring it down that day. My wife gets home and we head down to the dealership just to be told that we have to come back on Wednesday because they have an interior/water specialist that is only there on Wednesday's. We asked right then and there if a loaner vehicle would be available as we have kids in school and we cant have my wife car-less. We were told "yes" there would be multiple to choose from and if they didn't have any they could contact Enterprise (which come to find out is not true, they don't have loaners available and they wont pay enterprise for one). So Wednesday rolls around and my wife goes into the dealership and was receiving attitude from one of the counter guys asking "why are you here" "what's wrong with it" after already explaining to them the issues on Monday. My wife tried to explain the issue and even offered to show him a video of the issues we were having as we recorded them the morning before, he didn't want to see it. He then explained to her that not much could be done because the weather was fine at that moment in time. So my wife spends almost 3 hours at the dealership just to have them tell her that the vehicle is checking out "okay" and to bring it back when this happens again. We are currently in the midst of waiting to hear back but as you can tell they are a joke and not organized. Here is my advice/warning for future customers: 1.) Once you buy the car... you are NOTHING to them! 2.) If you can, avoid them! 3.) If you can't, work with Carmen in sales.... she is wonderful and very accommodating. More

I didn't start out to buy 2 vehicles, 4 weeks ago I came across Cole Mulnix after contacting many dealerships from Chehalis to Seattle. I was seeking information on Jeeps and Cole was the ONLY internet salesperson who treated with me with respect and hung in there with me through many many questions. After I blocked, and unsubscribed all the other rude, aggressive idiots I dealt ONLY with Cole. I realized he had no idea while working through this medium whether I was serious or not but, he never wavered. Finally, I gave him a date and time and we met face to face. The experience had been fine tuned and narrowed down for me. I fell in love and bought my Jeep and decided to buy my daughter a car also. I am 60 years old, i have bought many cars over the years, Cole is a stand alone STAR!! Larson Chrysler you have a gem there for sure! The service was outstanding and my interaction with Kayla Wood your customer Service person was professional and warm, Outstanding Job! Stop by Larson Chrysler for a GREAT experience, ask for Cole! By the time we were ready, our car was already selected, we had already began paperwork, so the process in office was short and sweet. There was a sale going on so we got our Journey for an awesome deal. They also helped us to find a finance company with a decently low interest rate. Also, since purchase the vehicle 9 months ago, they still check in with us. We're more than happy with our family car, Justin Smith, and Larson Dodge. If we needed another car, we'd surely go through them again! More
Poor Customer Service I am disappointed in myself that I didn't read online reviews before purchasing my '16 Patriot from Larson JDR. Firstly, no one ever called when my p I am disappointed in myself that I didn't read online reviews before purchasing my '16 Patriot from Larson JDR. Firstly, no one ever called when my plates came in. Also, there was a scratched part of the console that needed to be replaced, and getting anyone to answer the phone at the dealership to schedule that, or return a call, (even when told they will call back within the hour), is a complete joke and beyond frustrating. I finally got an appointment to replace the part, after a month of calling and finally driving there and demanding to speak with someone face to face.... only to get a call about 8hrs after dropping my car off that said they scratched the replacement part and I needed to schedule a new appointment. It was a nightmare and took about 4 months to get it done. Also, I found out after I purchased that when I was in the back signing paperwork, our salesperson was apparently very vocal with his political views to my friend who was with me.... unprofessional. More

My appt was at 11:30 and I did not get home until after 7:30 that evening. Justin never did find a set to drive. I had wanted a sun roof and he said sxt's did not come with one. I only drove 1 new car and a few older ones for being there all day. Justin managed to vanish several times though out the day. Later I learned he was giving another person the time instead of helping me. Oh and never let him know you have cash, my car managed to cost so much more because of this. It was a fight to get my plates so for dates I could not drive car since they never mailed my plates. Please be careful with Justin, he brags about all the deals he gives the Seahawks (who I must say yes I love my hawks). More

If you want a cheap replacement for your vehicle, this is a place but other than that AVOID THIS PLACE if you need service. More

Worst customer service I purchased my dream car from them back in late March and added custom leather seats onto my sale. After the install neither one of my front seats would come up from a recline unless you manually pulled them up. I took my car all the way back to their dealership, twice, to get this issue fixed, and here I am 4 months into ownership of a car that still has broken seats. The dealership has never once offered to compensate me for anything, not my gas, time, or the money I spent on the leather seats. I email them and sometimes they never get back to me, other times its a week or so later. I have called and left messages and no one ever calls me back. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would never recommend sending anyone to this dealership for service work. I have had to get in touch with Dodge's corporate office because I am sick to death of dealing with these people who don't seem to car if my car ever gets fixed!!! If it falls under the Washington State Lemon Law I am going to make them buy it back from me. More
